Thank you all my dear, dear furiends for this THIRD Angel COTD win. Due to the tragedy of all those innocent children being killed on the anniversary of my crossing to the Rainbow Bridge, I am dedicating this win to those innocent children and their grieving families. Wrapping you all in loving purrs and warm kitty hugs. Raining Angel kitty kisses on you all from The Bridge.
My favorite tricks and treats are: Angel Spice LOVED angel food cake. She loved to lick the brown bits off of the outside of it and would climb up in your face to get some as you were eating it!
Angel Pepper's favorite was ice cream... especially vanilla, but she also liked a taste of chocolate ice cream now and then.
Angel Moosie.. .well...I'm going to snitch on him! One year I had a Halloween party and had cold shrimp (buried in ice) as an appetizer. By the end of the party, the few shrimp that remained were floating in water. As I was cleaning up I heard this loud laugh from the dining room. Moosie (who had hid most of the night) had jumped up onto the table and was BOBBING FOR SHRIMP! Too bad I didn't get a picture of it, because it was sure funny to see.

How We Met
Angel Pepper - I was born at a barn and orphaned at 10 days. Mom bottle raised me. I became Mom's heart, for 19 1/2 years. I survived a broken leg when I was a kitten, a dire diagnosis of Lymphoma of the digestive tract at 8 years old, but I passed away on 12/14/2009, because of bladder cancer and kidney failure.
Angel Moose - Mom rescued me from the same barn where Angel Pepper was born. I was 1 of 15 kittens! Mom loved me and cared for me even though I had FIV and diabetes. I crossed to the Rainbow Bridge two days after my 13th birthday. That was on 8/4/2003.
Angel Spice - Mom adopted me from our vet when I was 7 weeks old to be a friend to Angel Pepper. We were good friends until Angel Moose came along...and then I liked to wrestle and play with him. Mom loved me so much that she wouldn't let me suffer when I got pancreatitis at 17 and helped me cross to the Rainbow Bridge where I am no longer sick. I crossed to the bridge on 5/17/2007. ..just two weeks after Mom brought Mocha's Myst'ry home!
Angel Moxie - I'm the one who started it all. Mom got me BEFORE she was married. I was just a little barn kitten that she rescued, but my fur mommy and fur daddy were brother and sister. Mom made sure that didn't happen more and took me home, then got me spayed. Mom says I was a very sweet and very loving kitten until I was spayed. Spaying changed my purrsonality and I liked ONLY Mom and Dad. If anyone else got near me, I HISSED. Mom says I had a hiss that sounded like I was threatening to rip off an arm and beat the people over their heads with it! Well...I wouldn't really do that...I just threatened them...and they believed me! HA!

We would like to dedicate our ACOTD badge AND our Rescue of the Day badge to all those poor unfortunate kitties out there who have never known the loving hand of a human; never known a warm home or full bowl of food. We dedicate our badges to the hope that there will be a home for them all.
