Hi Lucky & Fursibs
Another scorcher today..we hit the mid 80's again. It was 90* yesterday and this is only May, can't imagine what July will be like.
They keep calling for rain, but it never comes, so mom keeps waterin' the flowers outside. We do not like the hose, so we come upstiars when she does that, she doesn't get us wet, but we are afraid the water will get us anyway.
Mom is all done painting her dresser and vanity in her room. She ordered a new white chest of drawers yesterday. Mom ordered a new headboard last month and it is white, so instead of replacing all the furniture in her bedroom, she painted it all white, but the chest of drawers is so damaged and the drawers are falling apart, so she ordered a new one.
Thanks also for my COTD win and my birthday wishes and gifts. I know this is late, but with 6 kitties, mom is usually behind with our blogs. I was pleasantly purr-prised by my COTD win, I was not expecting that at all. Thank you!!!

Thank you for coming to our page to celebrate our COTD and our birthday with us!! Two years ago we were all alone and now we have our own home, a family and lots of friends all over the world to share our lives with.

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me for my COTD Celebration. I just love all my CC furiends and enjoyed sharing my day with you all.
On my Adopti-Day 3/27/13, something quite unusual happened! One of the outside kitties that my Mama has been feeding for 10 months was in our heated cat house in the garage with a one week old calico kitten. The funny thing was, Mama thought the Mother cat, Peek-A-Boo, was a boy kitty (she looks a lot like you). She never got close enough for my Mama to tell otherwise. :) We named her Peek-A Boo because she always peeked around the corner at Mama. She noticed Peek-A-Boo suddenly put on a lot of weight and she suspected then that Peek-A-Boo was a girl cat instead of a boy. (No joke)! Then last week, Peek-A-Boo was skinny again. Mama figured that she had kittens and they died. So it was a big surprise when Mama saw her nursing a tiny baby kitten. Our Mama has never bottle fed a kitten, so she hopes Peek-A-Boo will be a good Mom and keep her baby safe in our garage till she gets a little older. I guess Mama's got her work cut out for her now...hee,hee.

OMC, I am so honored to be given COTD yesterday. I haven't been on CC very long but everyone that I have met on here has been so nice. The rumble of 8 Harleys can be heard as the
Hairballz Rainbow Riders approach Lucky’s house. Each bike has two flags representing their honorary members, Doodlebug and Yum Yum.
Cyndee, Dasher, Q. Lola, Mallow, Talley, Thundie, Zoe Monique and Ammie park their bikes, take off their helmets, gather their goodies, and pounce up to the door.
