Thanks for stopping in and voting for me. I voted for you & also for your brother Doubles. It makes me Meowy that you have a wonderful home. I've been lucky to have had 2 loving homes & I know that I will always be safe and loved from now on. How do you like living in Welton? It's so hot down there in the summer. It's hot here too but we get really nice winters. It just started raining a little while ago. We got to lay by the fireplace last night and that was so toasty.

A CC Christmas Eve
‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through CC
There was scurrying and hurrying, pawrents busy as can be.
While the kittehs were nestled, all snug in their beds,
Visions of catnip mice danced in their heads.
The stockings were hung on the cat condo with care
In hopes that Santa Paws would soon be there.
The pawrents were tired but looked lovingly at
Their beautiful furbaby, their companion, their cat.
They thanked Almighty God for this furry creature to love,
For they knew their kitteh was a gift from Heaven above.
The pawrents retire after a long, busy day
Of wrapping, decorating and hiding things away.
Now, thanks have been spoken by families for gifts received
The day has gone smoothly, and pawrents are relieved.
Christmas day is done, it is late on Christmas night,
Festivities are over, kittehs from catnip highs sleep tight
But not losing sight of the true meaning of the day
Of little Lord Jesus, asleep in the hay...
In the stillness all across CC, CatChannel pawrents, as if all were one
Said, “And most of all, thank you, God...for Your Son.”

Christmas Kitten
I once was a cuddly kitten
But now I am a stray
'Cause when I was no longer fun
They sent me on my way
They've kept thier big watchdog
As he can bark and growl
But I could fly at strangers
If I caught them on the prowl
I slink around their garbage can
I mew outside their door
But it's clear from their behavior
They don't want me anymore
Now I'm cold and hungry
And getting very thin
What have I done to hurt them
Why wont they let me in
I crouch in sheds and boxes
In my bedraggle fur
So shivery and dejected
I cannot even purr
They have another kitten
Their children's whole delight
But probably next Christmas
It will share my wretched plight

Thanks for the poem. I think it is cute. My friend Henry made the picture for me. My dad is not to good with the computer things. That's why it's so small can't figure out how to make it bigger...Tee Hee...Look at my icky avatar....see what I mean. I don't stay still for very long either.
