Mommy found me while she was walking, she had just lost her calico that looked exactly like me. I guess that is why she knew she just had to have me. For many months she kept calling me by her name.

May 6, 2013--- Guess its about time!
Good Monday Morning! Have a super day! We want to apologize that it has been forever since we did a good round of blogging on CC. Now we are doing a c/p and do have to apologize to you. We are well and have told a few friends that mom is planning a big trip to visit family in Norway this summer. Also, a cousin from Norway will be returning here for a visit after. Mom has to do some painting and work on the house too or arrange for it to be done. Kitty care and a house-sitter is arranged. Doggy care is in the works. Mom got her e-ticket and her Passport came Saturday.
We also feel guilty that K.Barney did promise continued stories time to time and so far we have not! Well, we do have one for today, but will have to keep it short. Not a story mom is too proud of, because she should have listened to Angel Pasha, who you met during our Catpaign. One summer night he bit her arm to wake her out of a sound sleep and then ran to the window. To mom's credit she looked out, but did not see anything, so chased Pasha from their room. He tried to protest and kept running to the window, but mom still did not see anything and did not investigate further. Well, she did lean her lesson----- in the morning she talked to her neighbor and found out he had been gone that night and his house was robbed! Mom felt so guilty that she had not done more, but she was so tired and did not see or hear anything from where she was. She sure learned that cats may have more of a sense when something is wrong than most humans realize. PLEASE VOTE KAYLIN #251700 for COTD MAY 6th
Please paw by & meet this beautiful Champagne Point Tonkinese kitty. KAYLIN #251700 is not just a beautiful face she is also a CFA Champion & a Mom. She was hand picked for her new parents by her sister Wendy's breeder when she found out how sick Wendy was. But this sweet girl was already a mom so her new parents had to wait to bring her home. All of her kitties found their furever homes & then she had her Big Girl surgery. She was finally able to come to her new home in January. She wasn't sure if she wanted to stay at first, but her new parents gave her lots of love & support so we are happy to report she is settling in quite nicely. KAYLIN #215700 spends her days hanging out on Mom & Dads laps, playing with her toys, & napping in the sun. She also likes to tear through the apartment at top speed and has been known to do it in the middle of the night too. Her most favorite things to eat are the Roast Chicken, that she shares with her parents, and her Blue food. well mom get some news about her son and mom is felling better and we are going to move to Kansas to help out here kids do need help Iris pay all the bills so mom can help with the bills. guess you need to practice your "innocent" look..teehee...none of us ever admit to anything either..mom has her suspicions, too but we never tell either..
we hardly ever get to go into the closet and hide..mom always keeps that door closed..besides, one time, i got locked in there and it was pretty scary being in the dark..and all alone...
our roof is all done..yay..we got pretty tired of hiding under the couch..can you imagine..all 4 of us there and with our toys, too! just in time for more rain and possibly SNOW, too..sigh...

~Queen Trixie's final day in 'office'~ April 30th
Hello & happy Tuesday every kitty! This is the last day that I’ll be meowing to you from the Queen’s chair so my big sis & head chef, Patches, has whipped up a banquet that will amaze your senses & tantalize your taste buds as my way of thanking all the sweet kitties that pounced by this month. At dawn tomorrow we’ll be vacating the cabin with our royal mementos & will say farewell to the beautiful wooded area that I've called my home for an entire month. All kitties that have visited are suggested to make sure everything they brought along has been reclaimed because once I pack away the royal gowns I’ll no longer be responsible for my actions & anything missing may never be seen by you again...MOL...but until then I must remain as dignified as possible & therefore I call my royal criers forth & hand them the final royal decree to announce:

We are doing good today. YOU??? We are waiting for it to clear up and get warmer. It's been raining all morning again and the yard is all wet. The temp says we are at 67*, but without the sun, it doesn't feel like it.
Mom has been resting today. She has a headache...she has TV on, but not really watching it..."MacGyver" is on Cloo TV...she has seen them all anyway, but mom likes Richard Dean Anderson.
How's mom today??? A lot of CC moms/dads are not doing very well...we are keeping them all in our purrayers.
Did you see that the Red Wings made the playoffs again?? 22 straight years now...it is good for the City of Detroit that we do good..more money coming in from ticket sales. We are playing Anaheim in round 1. By the way...My team, KCK has the Red Wings at MHL.
Mom would NEVER be able to save enough money to get one of them Hockey sticks. $200.00 is a lot of money and mom says she can put it to better use then that. <MOL>

My new collar arrived today and I'm wearing it. It's raspberry pink color and has silver paw-prints embossed into it. Mom says it looks purrfect on me. :)

HAPPY MONDAY
Well, this month has been a really nasty month. The weather especially. Mom has written down on her calendar, and counting today has been only 9 days out of this whole month that it has been NICE and WARM!! Other than that it has been unseasonably cool if not down right COLD and RAINY RAINY and MORE RAIN!! I dont know when or if it will STOP!! They can not say we are in drought conditions now and if any thing we are ABOVE the deficit. I can believe that. Well, Mommie got a bad letter the other day. She was expecting that to be said. But she is not discouraged or any thing and said KARMA will come back around to those bad people. Mommie said she knows her own self better than any body. So she is going to devote all of her time to ME and the rest of her family here. Well, my human sister is getting her big giant pool ready for the summer but I wont get to see it or any thing except in the pictures Mommie takes. They got it from a pool factory nearby and it is 30 foot around and 4 and half feet deep. It will come to Mommie's chin. Mommie said if she could not learn to swim in that pool she might as well forget it. No she has never learned to swim. Too afraid of the water. Must have lived a previous life and went down with the Titanic or something. LOL!! But they are putting a great big old deck around it and gates that will be locked to keep the kids and every one else around out of it. The only way any one CAN get to it is to either come directly up on the front porch and any body can see or hear them, or through the main house. Guess what I did the other day too?? I did a bad thing by darting out of the house via way of the open front door. Mommie was giving Richie Da Dawg some treats for being a good doggie and when she opened the door to come back in, I just HAD to make a dart for the yard. But she and Poppie never run me or chase after me or any thing. They just let me explore and stay right with me until I give in to let one or the other catch me. Mommie tried to grab my collar but it broke away because it is one of those safety collars. Mommie laughed and said..."Well, at least I know it WORKS now!!" I chased after a lovely butterfly and ran up on the bank. Mommie yelled at me but I stopped. I dont know if I would be territorial or not but Mommie and Poppie doesnt want to take that chance. They say I wouldnt be like the other cats before me and stay around the yard. Would be nice to see what lies on out there but I will try to be nice when I escape and try to just stay close by. Well, enough for the time being. All of you take care now.

Gee I hope we get a mild summer! Not looking for a real hot summer! We don't have A/C. Mom runs five fans when she is home and it is way cheaper than A/C and keeps us cool if we stay near the fans. No sun today. It was cloudy & windy. Weather fore cast said showers. None yet. Mom is waiting to put out the garbage & newspapers until tomorrow morning. Wet newspapers get very heavy. ~Queen Trixie's Final weekend bash~Sun April 28th
Good Morning loyal kitty subjects! Teehee…I’ve wanted to meow that all month but didn’t want to offend anyone so waited until my time was nearly over…MOL! I hope all of you slept well at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge because today we’re going to be visiting DISNEY’S MAGIC KINGDOM to wrap up our final road trip (pics in my gallery). It is the final act of love to help your baby cross rainbow bridge. It might take me a little while to send out my thank you's, Spunky is still on the catpaign trail. I can't say I've ever tried playing in a box of tissue paper, I think all the crinkling just might make me nervous (don't tell anyone I'm such a wuss!). Evie would love it for sure! Mom came home yesterday with bags from Value Village and before she even had them emptied, Evie was inside one of them laying on the clothes. That girl!
Here's one I'll bet you haven't tried, Mallow says it's great. Dad collects stamps and sometimes he'll bring home a big huge box full of loose ones from the stamp shop. He goes through it and chooses the ones he wants. As you can imagine this takes a while, well when he takes a break and forgets to cover one of these boxes, Mallow gets in there and makes a stamp nest to sleep in!
We've had some nice days, but it's a cloudy wet one today. Happy Caturday sweet kitty furiends! I’m sad to meow that this will be our last weekend outing to a zoo. I’ve enjoyed having all of you accompany me & would like to give each of you a musical water globe with a zoo animal inside as a memento of our time together. good it's clearing and gonna warm into the 70s so janet's hoping that the heat can be turned off and she can shed the warmer clothes she's had on for the past 3-4 days! yesterday didn't make it out of the lower 40s as a storm moved up the coast and hit eastern mass, socking us in with clouds and cold wind from the northeast off the ocean. janet's hoping to get out and get more cleaned up once the riding mower is back and the trailer can be hooked up and branches and stuff dumped over the edge of the hill. she's already walked twice this morning, and has ideas for supper which sounds better to you open faced chicken sandwiches with creamed potatoes, or chicken pot pie and creamed potatoes? just wondering.... sandy,ana,haley,angels
