About Me
Active within 88 Days
Hi! My name is Miss Priss
I am a Ragdoll from Statesville, NC
Nicknames: Prissypot
Age: 5 years old
Gender: F
Coat: long haired
Education: Yes she has gotten much better about being petted and groomed and doesn't turn into (as much) of a wildcat when being bathed!
My favorite tricks and treats are: Well she tries to open the door, but hasn't figured out how to turn the knob (luckily!) and Anything crunchy
Where I hang out: She loves to hang out a back door and watch birds and chipmunk.
My favorite grubs: Cat Chow Natural
My pet peeves: Her room mate, Rufus!
What I love about my owners: She talks to me in my language and plays with me.
My cat hobbies: Play with string or chase her mouse down the hall.
Pet motto: Curiosity did not kill the cat! I'm living proof!

Spring into motion "This spring as it comes bursts up in bonfires green, Wild puffing of emerald trees, and flame-filled bushes, Thorn-blossom lifting in wreaths of smoke between Where the wood fumes up and the watery, flickering rushes. Power of her words <<..•.¸¸•´¯`•.¸¸Emmeline Pankhurst¸¸.•´¯`•¸¸.•..>> Speech on women's suffrage on November 13, 1913. "I do not come here as an advocate. I am here as a soldier who has temporarily left the field of battle in order to explain what civil war is like when civil war is waged by women. I am here as a person who, according to the law courts of my country, it has been decided, is of no value to the community at all. Women, many of whom you respect, women whom you know have lived useful lives, women whom you know, even if you do not know them personally are animated with the highest movtives, women who are in pursuit of liberty and the power to do useful public service...unless you are prepared to put back civilization two or three generations, you must give those women the vote. Now that is the outcome of our civil war." «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» Moving conscious awareness into the field of future possibilities (or probabilities) gives us a degree of conscious choice or control over the future our subconscious mind creates. The Sanskrit word for "to know" literally translates into English as "to go through". Until our conscious mind actually experiences an event or manifestation of physical reality it cannot "know" that event or manifestation. «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» Emmeline Goulden was born in 1858. She married Richard, an attorney, in 1879 to Richard. He shared her convictions about women's rights. He drafted the bill giving married women absolute control over their property and earnings, a bill, which became law in 1882. She was a striking, charismatic woman and an inspiring speaker. "Perhaps it is difficult to rouse women, they are long-suffering and patient, but now that we are roused, we will never be quiet again." In June 1918 British women over age 30 won the right to vote. On July 2, 1928, just three weeks after her death, a law was passed allowing all women over the age of 21 to vote. Her 3 daughters benefited from her steadfast campaign for social justice. Hey fellow curious ragdoll Miss Priss you look very comfortable in your chair and your play toy. You get my vote because you are super curious. I enjoy exploring every nook and cranny, get into any shopping bag or open box. I am simply a bundle of joy to my meowmmy. We are princesses and look the part by being prim and proper. I thoroughly clean myself before sleeping, after eating and after I've been touched. Licking fluffs up my fur and helps me keep warm in the cold weather. Licking keeps me cool off in this hot weather. Cheers to us looking pretty at all times.
