Thank you for stopping by to meow. I hope that we can become great furriends. I have settled into my new home and I gotta say I love being a house cat. I nap on the couch and stay warm all day. I used to go outside at Jim's house but I don't think that I will miss that all that much. I see that you have been in cat shows. You are very pretty. No wonder you won so many. How great you are a wedding planner!!!!!! Cinnamon & I love your help; we have good intentions, but I know we can't remember everything!!! We are on Pacific time, so we are an hour or two behind you. We get on probably about 11:30-12:00 your time. Mom is retired & sleeps in no matter how much I play & meow for breakfest!! I can hardly wait to hear your ideas. I'm so excited!! I guess I was watching over the crash with mom & Sassy. We are sorry to be late, but I am so thankful to be here – I thought I was going back to the shelter. I caused a terrible accident by trying to jump up to a high window. There was no where to land & I knocked down a piece of mom’s real expensive blue cobalt crystal & as it fell on a glass table, it broke some other dishes too. I took off for the hills; mom screamed because I scared her so bad. All I heard was “Sassy, come here; Sassy, where are you; Sassy its OK baby” but I was too scared to come out. I hid by the couch, mom came towards me & I scampered behind the big chair. “Sassy girl, its OK sweetie.” I heard the words, but I knew I was in too much trouble so I made tracks for the bedroom, under the bed I went. I listened to mom for a half hour as she was cleaning up all the pieces & shards of glass. I saw the sweeper come out, but that was not enough; out came the hated monster – the vacuum cleaner. For another half hour mom cleaned & vacuumed & then there was silence & mom put the monster away. She was exhausted because of the back pain & her hands hurting so bad so she sat down; oh, I knew when she got up the carrier was coming out & I would lose my wonderful home. Mom started calling me again. I got brave enough to go towards her chair; I put my tail up & meowed an apology & she scooped me up & said she had to check my paws & then felt me all over to make sure I was all right. OH! Believe me when I tell you that I was one happy kitty!! Mom loved me & didn’t care at all about the broken crystal or dishes; she was only concerned that I was all right. My mom is the greatest; although, I am going to try not to jump too high anymore. Sorry for the c/p, but mom just couldn’t retype this over & over & I wanted to share with all my CC friends how wonderful my mom is. I guess she’s right when she tells me I’m just spoil rotten & all she can do is love me & spoil me more!!! Take care, one Happy SassySu
