How We Met
A nice lady found me and my sister Pumpkin in the gutter and took us home. Mom was looking for another kitty and took us both. She lost her fight with kidney failure on 9/22/07 We will all miss her, especially her sister Pumpkin

1185 Honoring Your 5 Yr Forever Sleep, Patch

EUGENE, OREGON WEATHER REPORT:
The temperature was high 75 & low was 47 this morning, now it's 71 with humidity 38% & wind is 9 MPH NNE. Sunday's suppose to be Sunny☼ & High 74.

♥ We're glad that the owners has to comply with the rules, but if it was our preference, the dogs would have been euthanized. We know with this justice for a year has at least stopped the killings or damage from those 2 dogs. The owners will not get the dogs back until they have the enclosure built to the City's satisfaction, from our understanding.
♥ The lady (Betty) who encouraged mom to write a Letter to the Editor of the Register Guard newspaper, was there with her neighbor friend for support. Betty took mom & dad out for coffee/Pepsi so they could talk. She is trying to get a Support Group together to get better laws for Cats against dangerous dogs. Dad says he will help, too, so that is great. Mom told Betty about our dog (Carly) who was also attacked by a Pit Bull about 3 years ago, which mom took pictures of her wounds at that time.
♥ When dogs gets the taste of blood, they will eventually attack again as mom believes it in her heart!!!! We agree, one year is no where near long enough, but at least they have that long.
♥ Mom & dad's friends (Ray & Bev) stopped by for a short visit today. Mom told them about Aunt Samantha 15442. Bev told mom & dad that she was attacked by a Pit Bull (on 7/18) that bit her arm in several places having to have 29 stitches. The dog was put down immediately.
♥ Dad held us one at a time this morning while mom clipped our nails, then she put Frontline Plus on us then we got treats, too. Mom also took us out in the front yard for a half hour then we got more treats when we came back in.

A Muted Rumble Fills The Air
A Muted Rumble Fills The Air
It’s the low rumbling sound of eleven beautifully painted Harley motorcycles, cruising slowly down the street they’re all heading for The Angel Patch’s driveway and pulling in to extend crossing anniversary condolences to their friend Patch’s family.
The helmets come off to reveal Zoe Monique, Cyndee, Kuzi, Kiska, Vika, Mallow, Q. Lola, Ammie, Dasher, Talley, and Thunderfoot, all of the Hairballz Rainbow Riders.
On the back of the bikes are flags representing their two lost honorary members, Doodlebug and Yum Yum
they all dismount and in turn, they come forward to present Angel Patch’s family with Prayer Cards, and a bouquet of white roses. They bow their heads in a moment of remembrance and they all exchange hugs & purrs with Angel Patchs’s family then they get back on their bikes to head out to their next destination for the day.

1161 Honoring Your Forever Sleep, Patch

EUGENE, OREGON WEATHER REPORT:
The temperature was high 83 & low was 51 this morning, now it's 82 feels like 83 with humidity 45% & wind is 6 MPH. Friday's suppose to be Mostly Sunny☼ & High 85.
*RECORD HIGH: NO REPORT.~*~.RECORD LOW: NR*
Dad had to go out of town early this morning with his nephew to drive a car back. Mom had to do his chores with taking care of Carly dog and us kitties. Mom also told us that we wouldn't get to go outside til she got back home as she received her $25 Rebate debit card in the mail yesterday so she went to PetSmart this morning since Fresh Step Scoopable litter was on sale plus mom had a coupon for 15% off order. Mom bought (2) 42 pound bags. Mom then went to see an old school friend from 6th grade on ~ Sally who just moved back to mom's home town in Oregon which is 1/2 hour drive. When mom got home, she unloaded the car as we were meowing non-stop at her driving her crazy as we wanted to go outside. Mom finally let us go out this afternoon.

Friday is officially the First Day of FALL or AUTUMN where things starts changing colors and temperatures to get cooler. Each State and Country will have an array of Beauty with Fall/Autumn to Spring/Summer colorations. What a Picture!!!!
