If anyone coughs or sneezes, she runs to help them. That's how she got the nickname Dr. BeeGee, Medicine Kitty.
Also she loves to be vacuumed with the hose attachment. I know, weird, huh?
She was made a "Darn" by King Steve, not a dame. That ain't no dame!
My favorite tricks and treats are: I can catch invisible dust motes in mid-air, and I am also a self-taught doctor-cat, and I love Whisker Lickens soft treats. But my very favorite special treat is the left over milk in Mom's cereal bowl.

What I love about my owners: She tries to be patient with me even when I get mad at the other cats
My cat hobbies: Play chase with a laser pointer. Oh, and I love to lick plastic bags. I like to get in the kitchen sink or the bathtub and try to drink out of the faucet, even if there's no water running. Duh?

How We Met
She was running around the neighborhood crying when she was only a couple months old. We brought her in and took care of her. She had terrible diarrhea from poor nutrition, but she felt better in just a couple of days. We tried to find her owner but never could.

Pull!!!!
And this time,I've got Ernie and Molly on my team-taffy day,we'll have taffy pulling tug-of-war! I'm having a little trouble keeping the participants from eating our rope though-figures.We can always flip a turtle on its back and bet how long it takes to flip back over,all the while spinning it in circles. Thats always good for a laugh. Wait...Empress of Evil won't do that??? Hello...BG...are you in there.....
Notice I didn't let you near my lucky penny stash. I'm still digging thru the penny jar trying to find the lucky one.

Hi Darn
well,mom is still having things screw up using the laptop but she's forging forward as it is what it is and this is what she's got to work with. she'll never understand the big whoop about laptops though. it's not like she's going to take it to the grocery store, or the vet's office, or walgreens,MOL. she also doesn't get people that take them on vacation. like mom always says to each their own but when she goes on vacation which has been a while since it's been affordable,she likes to feel the breeze from the ocean and smell the sea air and hear the rhythm of the waves, not "you've got mail! MOL.
actually mom thinks it's kind of cool that you flipped your garden every year with what interested you instead of the same old, same old. mom started out with several varieties of heirloom tomatoes. i don't know what that woman was thinking as we were inundated with them. then she went to two beefsteak tomato plants and still we had so many that we couldn't give them all away. so now she just plants one tomato plant.
mom loves being outside,enjoying the yard too, even though she has allergies and sinus probs. she loves Florida weather, there's no getting around the fact that July and August are nasty hot and humid but the rest of the year is nice to gorgeous as far as she is concerned. back north there were about 4 months that she enjoyed and the rest was, cold,snow,sleet,or rain. mom never says never but we've been here going on 16 years and she doesn't forsee moving any time soon.
you have lots of birdbaths! you sure are lucky :) we all love watching the birds,mom does too, but we only have one birdbath :( it must be like watching birdie tv or something,hahaha. we love the butterfly tree outside the sliders too. the butterflies are all hovering around it and landing on it now and we like to watch them. have to admit some of them are really pretty,but i'd still like to catch them ;) mom says the flowers kind of smell like lavender.
all mom's flowers are blooming or starting to bloom. she can't imagine being without flowers because her gpa was a florist and he instilled in her a love of flowers since she was young. everytime he would visit he would always bring flowers for the house and on her birthday he would bring her carnations,her favorite flower,that he had dyed blue and purple for her which were her favorite colors at the time. one time he told her that "flowers make the heart smile" and mom thinks that's true. if your mom ever gets a chance to take a pic of her snapdragons or any of her other flowers,mom would love to see them. she could look at pics of flowers and fuzzy critters all day long. MOL!
hope Steve never did catch up with you and that you have the au natural look and not the bozo look going on,hahaha. hope your day was full of sunshine and smiles :)

Everybody wants ta get inta da act! 5/22/13
You’ll see what I mean! As we are greeted with the news that it’s Musical Instrument Day, a truly amazing marching band begins to form at the Catty Shack.
Leading us on … or something like that, is Steve who lumbers onto the course and starts the ball rolling (it’s putting day .. ball rolling … get it? Oh never mind, my Mom was up way too early!) with a 70 (=7). He is followed by the very optimistic Lightning Rod LiLi, whose voice is her instrument today. It’s amazing she can even putt in that protective rubber gear she has on, but putt she does and brings in another 70 (=7)
Now for something completely different, Ana was away yesterday so didn’t get the “mandatory 70” notice and so brings us a 54 (=9). Tucker still thinks it’s blindfolded lawn darts day (DUCK!!), but he did obediently bring his tuba and his 70 (=7)
Mimi brought a trumpet, but like the free spirit that she is chooses not to PLAY it, but to whack the golf ball with it. Amazingly, she manages a 70 (=7) with this unusual approach. She is followed by UBB, who adds a Xylophone to the mix and takes a putt with one of the little bitty sticks. This gets him a (yawwwwn) 70, which equals (come on, you all must know by now. All together now: 7!)
Engine must have had too many of those Margaritas she brought, because she can’t quite pull it off. It’s a 68 (=14) for the Weenie Wagon Wonder.
Suddenly …. BRRR! Ice begins to form on the Catty Shackers as Bee Gee asks the musical question “who talks about windchill a week before June?” Apparently, Bee Gee does! She almost blows away, but manages a 41 (=5). Yes, 41. That is not a typo. Following along is Mallow, who strikes dread into our hearts with just the very mention of bagpipes. And that 48 (=12) doesn’t do too much for us, either.
Finally! We warm back up as Armani comes thundering onto the course and taps in a 67 (=13). Let’s figure out the rankings over at the clubhouse where we can fight over whether we are running the heater or the a/c.
1st – The frozen BeeGee-sicle, with that 5
2nd – Half of the golfers. Hope there’s room on this scoresheet for Steve, LiLi, Tucker, Mimi and UBB, who all decided that they like Lucky Sevens today.
3rd – Ana, with a 9
Riding the weenie cart to Loserville today is Engine, with that great big 14. Wait a minute, you aren’t allowed to take all the Hover Hamwiches with you …..! No fair!

You're right, a lot of kitties didn't believe me about Mike the Headless Chicken, a couple tried to sell me a bridge (what do I need bridge for??!) But some of them looked it up and now they believe me. Seems to me I heard that he finally died from a chunk of corn while on his national tour because his humans had left the eye dropper they usually fed him with behind.

I don't know where my mind was at....
I totally forgot to tell you about Sunday Night. Mom had a weekend that she never really got to sit down. She worked Saturday morning, then came home and cleaned and did laundry, then she went out and mowed, Sunday was kind a repeat only with a visit to Gpa. Sunday night she took shadow for a walk & of course I wanted to go so she let me out too. The only problem was she forgot me!!! I mean plain old forgot I was out there with her!! She walked the dog and went back into the house...I was stunned at first she NEVER forgets me & then she just goes to bed. It was hot that day so they had the whole house fan on the slider in the back of the house was closed, they would have never heard my tiny mews anyways. Well About 9:30 I was starting to panic, it was time for my snack so I made my way around the house to the open front door and sat there mewing till Dad finally heard me. Of course he thought it was another cat that had found a mew home!!!MOL!~!! But NO it was ME!!! Imagine his surprise cause he didn't even know I had gone out!!! You know what though I gave mom a break cause she had such a rough weekend, I was just happy to be back inside. I Wrapped myself around her neck the next morning just to make sure she knew I still loved her!!! hell bee gee
we did have a nice weekend..at least the weather was warmer than it is now..sigh..i think we're back to spring..or, as mom says..winter..it is going to be hard to get into the 6-'s this week with lots of clouds and rain..good thing mom's garden is planted and those veggies are popping up all over..why..there's not even enuf room for me to play in the dirt!

Hey these little sea monkeys taste funny... I only licked 'em, BG, don't worry.
Then i tossed them into the mew aquarium tank. It is warm with a few plants but no fish yet. the little monkeys look good in there.
We have fish food which I sprinkled in... Soon as mom goes to bed at night we can play all we want... sound sleeper.
