How We Met
When I was in Belgium for the summer my mom heard a mewing sound and there in the bushes we found little Johnny. She had gray fur with almost black stripes. She was about 5 weeks old and motherless. Most of all she was very skittish but very hungry. So she eventually came out ate some salmon, and ran to under the car to hop inside of the engine area. By 9:00 p.m. we got her out and she started to like me! I wasn't the first to pet her, but I was the first to pet her and have her not hiss at me. Actually it was the opposite she started purring. She eventually came inside our Belgium apartment and found several spots of interest, but eventually it was time to go home to Alabama. So as you could imagine she was afraid on the plain and peed on my mom. Then was smuggled into a cat free hotel :). When we got home she was happy. We started out leaving her in my room then slowly introduced her to our house. I have never had a cat before and am certainly no breed expert but I think we did a good job and she is happy.
