World Food Day, October 16th, is designed to increase awareness, understanding and informed year-around action to alleviate amd reduce hunger. The world comes together in the struggle to build food security as we unify our energies to address problems affecting the health and welfare. Interconnected gears include local, national, global partnership, people networks, ideas in action, coalition building, organizational collaboration, cross-sectoral planning, creatively and cooperatively motivating and mobilizing effective action.
