Mickey wears a dickey
I once had a dog who needed a collar to stop chewing his skin due to an allergy. He got better in no time and never needed to use it again after he took his medicine.
Think of his collar as a dickey which is a detachable front shirt, small fabric insert worn to fill in the neckline.
Mickey has a very handsome face but can't wait to get the collar off and show how good-looking he is.
I vote for you being a happy, go-lucky kitty in the most beautiful city in Serbia.
