Hi Edelbrock!
Grandma is doing fine and look I became an uncle! My two sisters gave birth last month. My sister Storm Waters kittens are four weeks old and will be five weeks old this Friday! My other sister Shelby gave birth to three kittens but with her having her first litter lost two kittens. Grandma found them and both had became angels. Her remaining kitten survived and will be three weeks old as of today. Poor Shelby was in labor for twenty four hours. My adopted sister Midnight Boo Boo also had kittens. She gave birth late Thursday night around midnight and her five kittens are doing fine. All kittens and mothers are doing fine! Great hearing from you! You can see the pictures of the kittens on all my sisters page. Well better go grandma needs to get her beauty rest. Have a pawsome day pawed you a vote!

Glad to hear from you! Yes we got snow also and it's melting! Hopefully it will be in the 50s by the weekend! Grandma is not feeling good as her right side has been hurting her for over a week now! We are praying she does not end up in the hospital. Storm Waters my sister is expecting kittens and grandma thinks she is due any day now! Maybe even today. Well better go grandma needs to lay down. Will blog you tomorrow!

Sorry I haven't been by sooner. Mom has taken a few days off because she's been feeling sort of puny because of all the smoke in the air here from fires. She can smell it right now! We thought it might clear up some today but not really. Once in awhile there will be a pale patch of blue poke through. Mostly the sky is just an awful brown. :( They say it might get better tomorrow. We are sure hoping! :)

Well, I'm glad to hear you're heading west again for awhile! You guys really stay on the road a long time, don't you? It must be very interesting. I'll bet you have some wild stories you could tell! Maybe you could write a book: "Edelbrock's Tails of Life on the Road" It would be a million seller! :)

Mom's been trying to get ready for fall and winter - and none too soon! It was 36* this morning - 35* yesterday! It's entirely too soon for it to be getting this cold overnight! If I make little fists and stomp my feet and hold my breath until I turn blue, do you think it will help? :)

And all that is without even mentioning the smoke from all the fires. We heard on the news last night there are 90 fires burning in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho right now. The air is terrible! And all us kitties have runny noses and are sneezing, mom has a non-stop sore throat. We are sure keeping our fingers crossed these fires will be out soon. Purrs

Don't feel too bad. Mom is WAY behind on my blogs. She does them in something called "alfabettical" order, and I guess that means I'm last. *mew* She should start at the end some time, so Bee Gee will be last! Hahaa!

We've cooled down some here, and the smoke has almost cleared out, even though there are still plenty of fires. The wind must have shifted. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, only 74*, clear blue skies, slight breeze, low humidity, and everyone in town must be out back-to-school shopping because our street is quiet and deserted! If mom were to custom-order day, this would be it! It don't get any better than this! Purrs

I am totally jealous - you got pictures of the solar eclipse! We never got to see it - too overcast. Another kitty on CC got some really cool eclipse photos, too. There are on the bottom of Tom's page 66957. Very cool.

So far we haven't gotten any more of those T'storms they are forecasting. But then, it's not after 11 a.m. yet either! It IS a little cloudy and the breeze is coming up. We are all keeping our little paws crossed that it won't be as LOUD as the storm yesterday! Of course Mr. Sniff is keeping his BIG paws crossed - we're hoping that helps! MOL!

Since we had such bad weather forecast for the weekend M & D didn't make any plans. So we're all staying in, looking out the windows, begging for treats, being lazy - you know, typical cat stuff! MOL!

It's been sooo long since we heard from you and Lugnut.
Glad you are doin' okay and enjoying summer.
Our computer went into a coma a couple weeks ago and then Mom went into hyterical withdrawal behaviors so we send her to the library every day.
July 6th it will go to the computer-vet and get amind-meld done so our photos are not lost forever.

Woohoo! Glad you got the a/c fixed! Bet it's a lot more comfortable in there now!

We have a very nice day here so far, partly cloudy, a little breeze and 65*. Bad news is it's supposed to get all overcast later, just in time to block out the solar eclipse! Wouldn't you know it? Our first chance to see a solar eclipse in this area since I don't know when, and we'll probably miss it! Hisss .... :)

Mom has been working in the yard like crazy the past couple of days. Of course she IS crazy, but still, did she have to get into the stinging nettle today? I mean, really, she knows it's there! It comes up every year by the side of the house, and she pulls it out, and always gets it on her arms just above her wrists, because her gardening gloves are too short! MOL! As Bugs Bunny says, "What a maroon!" Well, I guess it's not a BIG deal. It really only itches for a couple hours, since she's not too badly allergic to it. But still ... what a maroon! Hhaaaa!

We can't believe what a tragic week this has been on CC. We hope this sets a record that will never be broken, or even approached. Mom is feeling so down she can hardly bring herself to do any blogging. She just wants to to a little catching up, and even that is a struggle.

I found out what "Yard Guard" is. It's supposed to get rid of something called "mosquitoes". Mom says they are nasty and they bite. I guess they must be something like flying fleas. Geesh, that WOULD be scary! =^o.o^=

We've had such weird weather here lately, even the forecasters can't agree on anything. We got up to 91* a few days ago, and it really started the snow melting fast in the mountains. One forecast says we might have some flooding, the other says no way. Of course we're rooting for "No way!" Hope all is well with you, and you are looking forward to a fun and happy weekend. Purrs

So you're in Massachusetts today? That's where my mom's family is from - Pittsfield, to be exact.

It's such a beautiful day here today! Mom has already gone out and done her yardwork for the day, it's nearly 80* now. So she came in and is wimping out with CC. MOL! They are threatening us with near 90* temps tomorrow. *groan* That's just a little more than we like.

Mom says she has to go to the home improvement store and get some "Yard Guard" whatever that is. >?< It must be important, though. She says they need to get some "soon!" That's on tomorrow's list of things to do.

Just a ho-hum hum-drum kind of day today. We're all laying around being mostly lazy - a cat's primary function, really! And I do excel at if, even if I do say so myself. And of course, not only do we WEAR our pajamas at all times, but we ARE the "cat's pajamas"! MOL!

Mom's doing dull stuff like laundry and reading some book about a D-O-G! So naturally we are giving her the cold shoulder. When she gets back to reading one of her cat-related books we'll be right there reading over her shoulder! I'm just trying to sleep through this d-o-g book phase. Mom will figure out the error of her ways soon - I hope - and get back to things that matter! Hahaa! {:D

Sounds like you had an interesting Easter weekend. I wonder if I could get used to riding around all the time? I'm kind of old and set in my ways now, so probably not. Never say never, though, as my mom always says!

A very SHORT warming trend here - one day! It was 74* yesterday, and all windows were wide open! We're getting ready today for some nice spring weather - a cool 65* and showers on and off during the day.

They are laying asphalt up the street a ways, and boy, does it smell! Makes our little kitty noses burn! Awful stuff! We're all relaxing, and listening to the big dump trucks and steam rollers rumble around. It makes the ground shake! But I think it bothers mom worse than it bothers us! MOL! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

My pal Bee Gee told me to come visit. She says we have a little bit in common. I'm the adventurous one in the family. Mom found me running around on the main street here in town in the middle of winter, running through slushy roads and underneath cars! She snagged me and brought me home - and was I ever glad!

We even look a LITTLE bit alike. We both have orange fur, but you have more!

Well, I hope your mom and dad will be able to spend Easter weekend at home and not on the road. But I suppose they've spent more than one holiday behind the wheel, huh? At least they don't leave you guys behind. That's so cool! Purrs and headbonks.

Today turned out to be a nice day. Rather warm, but now it has cooled down a bit. It has gotten cloudy also. Looks like it is going to rain. Mom is not feeling good her left ear is still blocked. Hi Eddie,
you were one cute kitten and a good looking big tom too. What a fantastic life you are leading on the road with your family and Lugnut.
I must have messed up and not given you dear Angie's # (157287). Today is the day she goes to the Vet her worry and that of her 98 year old Gma is that she will have to go over the Rainbow Bridge. This will really be hard on the old woman, as you can imagine. We are keeping our paws crossed and hoping her fears do not overwhelm them.
But, it is only a matter of tie unless she can start gaining weight. Another cat named Maveric told me he had that weight-loss thyroid problem. His Mom tired every single cat food she could find. Finally there was one he liked and he gained weight again. Not purrfect, but good enough.
First we have to wait until Angie comes home-- or not. Then we can mew about her food.
We are all three healthy here except PD Budd has one nostril running. He and Gracie T-t are getting Lysine in their food. GT-t has feline herpes in her left eye. PD has a running right eye and nostril, so he gets it too. Not sure if he needs it.
They have been getting very special expensive wet food with lots of gravy so the powder gets mixed in.
I a not at all sick but I still manage to lick their dishes clean whenever I can.
Where are you cats right now? On the road or home in Billings?

Mom is feeling better today so she is trying to get caught up. How is California weather wise? Nice and warm? Yesterday was warm for us but today is cooler. Tomorrow we are suppose to get rain. I camme by last night for the Help Angie Survive vote. But I had to come back and visit now. I an intrigued by your lifestyle... you take roadtrips in a semi?? But you have a home in Billings?
that is so cool. I don't mind riding.
I really liked Lugnut's name... that's how I wanted to get to know you two. I am leaving Lugnut a vote too.
W (3 plus Mom) life in central NY state. where we are having coldish temp. and showers off and on. So, that means nap time all day.

Mom got a new password so she can go on Facebook. Have your mom do that thing on Facebook were you get
the person's name and ask them to be furiends with you.
