Onyx was a stray wandering around the state hospital where my mom worked, she was very friendly with all the patients and none of the other employees had the resources to take her home, so my mom brought her home to me

My Moms, Angel Mom Kathy and Mom Lynda, were so proud and felt so honored on Mother’s Day seeing me in the COTD window. You can’t imagine how much my heart swelled with kitty pride. It is so nice to meet you. Thank-you so much for sharing my ACOTD Badge with me on Saturday. It was a most beautiful day and having so many friends here to help me celebrate was the best gift ever. *Special Tuesday SHOUT-OUT for AMELIA #168516*
This 15 yr old beauty has just gotten some bad news & could use some extra loving support from the CC community. On Saturday, November 5th, her mom posted the latest results of Mealie’s #168516 biopsy. This sweet kitty has been diagnosed with an Oral Squamous Cell Tumor, which is the same thing that her son, Angel Sir Beanie, was diagnosed with. The tumor is located in a place that is inoperable & Radiation Therapy isn’t an option either due to the location of the tumor. This cancer is very aggressive & progresses rapidly so her family is devastated by the news. While she was at the vet it was also discovered that this beautiful girl had been shot in the left side & the pellet is still in her. This happened before she came to her furever home so this was a complete shock to her family since she’d had no symptoms or problems resulting from the earlier incident. We’d like for this wonderful family to know that the CC community is thinking about them during this difficult time so we’re asking everyone to please stop by to see Amelia #168516 today, Tuesday November 8th.
