Where I hang out: On my owner's chest or on my awesome window perch.
My favorite grubs: Just about whatever is put in front of me.
My pet peeves: I don't like it when my owner don't come to my every beck and call. And if she doesn't put the right litter in my box.
What I love about my owners: She lets me lick the bath tub after she gets out.
My cat hobbies: Chase imaginary bugs, my toys, and my tail. I also likes to pretend that something bites me every time i use the litter box. It makes her giggle every time.
Pet motto: IF you leave it out its automatically mine. <(^.^)>

America's first federal immigration center: 1892-1954
PEAK IMMIGRATION YEARS: between 1892 and 1924
% DENIED ADMITTANCE INTO THE US: 2%
First- and second-class passengers submitted to a brief shipboard inspection and then disembarked at the piers in New York or New Jersey.
Third class passengers underwent medical and legal inspections at Ellis Island.
On NOVEMBER 12, 1954, Ellis Island closed after processing more than 20 million immigrants.
An estimated 40 percent of all Americans can trace their roots through Ellis Island.
