How are you this evening? Please accept our apologies for the absence. Mom took a long break from the channels after all the mess with DC since their new and NOT improved site. We are hoping very much that the same doom doesn't await our own dear CC. But, either way we'll do our best to keep in touch with our friends. We missed you all so much! Are you having a good summer? Ours has been very busy but equally enjoyable. We did our first real garden this year and got 11 chickens. (we've never had them before). Next month we're getting our first goats! So excited about that. Our bunny sibling Tanya's 6 babies are doing great. They are 8 weeks old and ready for their new homes. Mom's going to have a hard time giving them away! They're just so darn cute. hehehe. We think we're going to keep 1 or 2 girls though to live with Tanya. Mom just made a video in memory of our beloved brother K.C. On the 24th of this month he will have been missing for 1 year. We can't believe how time flies. We still miss him soooooooo much and pray every day that he is still out there somewhere and okay. Tiger #221788 is quite a unique cat; she is usually grumpy on the outside, (which seems to be the only trait she picked up from her mother!) but on the inside she can be sweet and loving. Tiger’s mother was a pregnant stray, looking for a safe place to have her kittens. She soon came upon my Aunts barn, where she gave birth to four kittens, on April 25th. Tiger was kind of the outsider in her family, her siblings were grey, black and calico, her mother was also calico, and Tiger on the other hand was a stunning bright peach. When Tiger’s mother brought in dead birds and mice, Tiger’s siblings would play with it, but Tiger wouldn’t touch it, she would rather play with us. We soon fell in love with Tiger and brought her home on Father’s Day June 17th. Tiger’s bright peach coat turned to a stunning rusty brown, and is continuing to change.
Tiger is now six years old, and never ceases to amaze us with her many sudden burst of energy. Tiger enjoys basking in the sunlight, playing in the corn field, chasing butterflies, and stalking birds. Tiger comes from a long line of tough strays and farm cats, but Tiger doesn’t seem to carry any of those any of those traits! Tiger wakes me up every morning around 7:00AM so I can give her treats; Tiger only has two treats a day because of her corn allergies. And if she isn’t doing any of the above, then she is sleeping.

Mommy and I are so sorry for taking such a long time in writing back to you. We sure missed you.
We´re very glad to read Suki is all settled down at your home. What kind of doggie is she? We´re curious. Mom loves puppies.
Lola & me are both getting ready to help Mom to prepare supper. She´s will be cooking some fish tonight and we KNOW she will need lots of extra help. (Tee-hee!)
We had a cold weekend and our parents decided to stay at home "napping" and watching DVD movies. Momma said they had a "kitty weekend", just sleeping and being lazy. Kitty weekends are the best. Right?

First a note from us, Iago's earthly family. We want you all to know that Penny Lane FINALLY had her spay surgery 2 weeks ago yesterday. She did very well and has recovered without a hitch. We ALMOST have our old Penny Lane back. She has been sleeping at the foot of mom's bed now for a week and mom found her by her head one morning. Yeah! But, she still gets spooked and spazed if one of us goes past her and she didn't know we were there. She sees it as a threat, but that is getting better all the time. She is making attempts to be furriends with me, Cindy, but I don't want any part of that. After all, she is trying to be a momma's girl and as far as I am concerned, mom has only one girl, and it's ME! Thank-you to all of you who are praying for mom's dad and mom's friend's husband. It looks like he had 2 good days in a row. PTL! So, from here we will let Iago take it away!

OK, so where are we now? Let me see.... oh yes, we left off at Thursday of last week on our vacation. So for Friday and Sat. we flew to Goremen National Park in Cappadocia Turkey, (a 45 min. drive by car from Istanbul). We have to tell you all, we were in for a treat! This place is amazing! It is absolutely jaw dropping and there is no other place like it in the world! Let us describe it to you. To begin with, it has a dreamlike landscape. White volcanic ash lies on the tops of fairy chimney's and caves. This area is steeped in history. It was inhabited in the Greek Orthodox times here in the very early days of the Christian church. Those people used the landscape and caves as a hiding spot from those who were trying to persecute them. There is an underground city of caves and churches, just pawsome right Scooter? Some of the churches still have the original paintings on the walls. It is not be be missed! The rock formations are unique and you will never see anything like it. We trecked down into the valley and beauty surrounded us. There are so many native wild flowers here. I picked some for Scooter to make a boquet and to wear in her fur. We ate our picnic lunch in the valley. After, we continued to explore the underground city and all the pawsome churches there. Quite remarkable indeed! This area is like an outdoors museum. There are even tunnels to explore. And yes... I had to rub whiskers with Scooter in the tunnel. There are breathtaking views from the top of the valley. W will be staying in the Antolia Cave Hotel. All of it's rooms are caves! You can Google it to take a look. I think you will be quite impressed how lovely and tastefully decorated it is. Scooter was waiting in great anticapation for this. She was soooo excited to have reservations in a cave Hotel! We can't do this National park just in one day, so we stayed for two. Now I'll tell you about Saturday.

We signed up for a private 4 hour ATV ride thru the park. Half way thru, we stopped at this little tea shoppe in the middle of nowhere! Unbelievable! We had a lite lunch and Scooter had tea while I had T

HELLO FRIENDS...
forgive me for my procrastination on getting around to answering my blogs, but, seems like every time we turn around there is always a rush rush situation or poor Mommie is sick or something. The weather has been really YUK as of lately here. Mommie says she wishes MARCH was still around. That seems to have been our best month so far. April, May, and so far June have turned out to be what you would expect in the FALL. Mommie says she feels sorry for the kids out of school. About the time they haveto start back, the weather will break and be what it is suppose to be, and they wont be able to get out and enjoy it much by then. Mommie says good weather though for staying denned up in the house with me and doing little things around and about in it. She gave up and not selling AVON any more. Just no sales and not making any profit at all. Said that was the most stupid idea she ever came up with. My human nephew got a brand new kitten over the weekend and named her Buttercup after one of the Power Puff girls. Mommie said it was really cute and was very loving too. I know he will take great care of her. He is such a loving little fellow him self. Well, not much in my column as of lately. Just the usual, eat, sleep, purr and poop!! Well, got to go now, not much to talk about right now but just catching up with my blogs and saying HELLO to all of you. Have a GREAT DAY!!!!

How are you this morning? Thank you so very much for coming by on my birthday (May 30th) to help me celebrate. Your kindness did not go unnoticed and your furiendship means sooooo much. I had a wonderful day, surrounded by loving family & pawesome furiends. I got fun new toys, yummy treats and a nice big cake! Thank you for making my birthday even more special :)

Have you heard about what happened to DogChannel? The entire site is completely changed and almost everyone hates it, including our own canine siblings. We're pretty sure Animal Network is going to change all the channels to be like the new DC, and we are absolutely DREADING it. Mom doesn't know if she'll even be able to keep doing the channels if they change CC too. Everything is complicated and takes up a lot more time. We really hope they won't also change CC.

On a happier note, 6 little chicks recently joined the family. They are soooo cute and mom is enjoying them a lot. We would post some pics of them on our page so you can see, but mom misplaced her camera card! Mol....

wierd things are happening on cc today. sometime when we go to someone's page their picture will not be there, but a description of said kitty will be there instead. dont like that at all
we are having some nice weather but have rain comin in for sun, mon and tuesday. hope momma dont have to close our windows .our ceiling fans help a lot also. i like to sit an look out momma's bedroom window at nite when she is in bed, that is when i am not piled up beside her.

Howdy, how have you been? Glad to hear back from you. AS you have probably already come to realize, we're not exactly on top of our outgoing mail either. Mom works some bad hours and then along with her being on-call...this work thing really cuts into our time on the CC. We're looking forward to a warm and sunny weekend...I overheard that the temperatures will be in the mid 90ies....wooohooo! was really good to hear from u. since u havent been on i guess u dont know our doodlebug has been missing , will be a month thursday. we are all heartbroken
momma and dad had company all weekend as a couple of them stayed overnight saturday and she couldnt get us on to blog without ignoring the company. hhuummpphh sounded like the thing to do to me!!!
looks like another slow day on cc. at least it is here. we had some rain this morinin and has cooled thing down from the 90's to the low to mid 80's for next few days

momma is doing okay. this rainy humid weather is messing with her back some. causes it to hurt a lot when weather is up and down like it has been here for last couple weeks. otherwise we all doing good.

Congrats to your mom on the Graduation. Welcome back to CC..I missed you.

Hows it going today? I am good. we have lights again. They went out yesterday around 5:30pm during our very very windy day. the winds were really high about 45-50 mph gusts at times. The light were out when mom went to bed and when she got up, but they came on before she came home from work and now we are alright again. Mom reset the clocks and her 1 VCR.

Today we are in the low 70's and cloudy, but the wind is gone. We got to go outside and play and mom just leaves the back door open and we go in and out as we please.

We got a new feather toy which is fun..mom got it at Walmart for us...she drags it on the floor and I chase it, then Win chases it and Jesse too...Kali just watches..but between you and me, she is a odd cat anyway...MOL!!!

Almost dinnertime..wonder what we get tonight...9~lives or Friskeies and what flavor...it is always a surprise when mom open the can.

Hooray for the graduate! Sorry about being AWOL for so long. Mom is in another of her frantic "trying to get us all caught up" modes - groan. We are having a cold spell - again! It's only 58* right now, and a high expected of only 64*!

We may get knocked offline today, too. They are forecasting bad T-storms later with high winds, LOTS of rain, and even hail. Mom is grumbling about THAT! MOL! She likes a nice rain, but not heavy storms. Especially if it knocks out power, too. But I guess we can't do a lot about it, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

But get this - she DID run around outside this morning in a little rain sprinkling grass seed on some "thin" areas of the yard. Maybe where the d-o-g does some of her business! She figures if it's gonna rain for 3 days, it might be a good idea to toss out some seed. She did the fertilizer Saturday.

i'm glad your doggie, suki is adjsuting well..well..exdept for having to rtake obedience classes..mom says she enjoys watching those classes when one of us are at the v-e-t's..i don;t know about that..it looks too scary to me..all those doggies..and then little ol' me..teehee...
why do our humans always think about diet..diet..diet..geesh...mom thinks i need to put on a little weight..says i am as "light as a feather"..well...maybe if she would feed me more..teehee..
hope your weather is nice..we are having hot sunshibny days and no rain in sight for 2 weeks..guess mom is going to ahve to water the grass and garden with taht snaky thing...as long as she doesn't water me..that's ok..teehee

today started out nice 73f but then it started to rain and still is...
mom changed sheets we just love to help and did some laundry which we helped her fold hehe...then mom talked to her friend in FL then her friend in KY...boy can she talk a lot

Kak ty? U nas vsyo normalno. I ya xorosho. Congrats to your mama on graduation. College is next? We are all settled fairly well and enjoying our time with mama as she tends to Babushka. Vebya was permitted to visit her as a birthday treat and she did him the honour of giving a pat. Of course, she should ahev visitied him and been given goodies, btu she is not well enough to "traipse about the countryside" and so the exception was made. We got some rain last night.We needed it so bad. Mom has a headache but needs to get well cause she has to work tomorrow.I will give her hugs that always helps tee-hee. How are you tonight? It has been soooo long since we've been able to blog our furiends! We missed all of you so very much! We are so sorry for all the birthdays, anniversaries, adoptiversaries, and COTM/COTD votes we missed during our absence. How have you been? We are so out of the loop! hehe. We didn't have internet for a long time and mom has been super busy with school. She has one month left and then summer vacation. Sure are looking forward to that!
We hope you have been well. It feels sooo good to be back! We haven't been on in so long we fear some may have forgotten us :(
How is your spring going? Since we're in Alaska, we enjoy nice cool days throughout the spring/summer. It's been 50-60°F and doesn't get past the 70s in the summer.
Since we've been away, 9 fury little critters have joined the family! The first two being gerbils (we may have already told you about them...that was a while back). Then mom got an ADORABLE hamster named Martinelli to replace Oliver. If you'd like to see him, check out his page (#112103) on SmallAnimalChannel.com. And the other six?....Our bunny sibling Tanya had babies! They are so sweet and cute. Mom has had her hands full but she loves being with all her precious fur babies. hehe.
Earlier this year, Mickey's wife, Q. Lola sent us a package of lots of fun toys. We made a thank-you video for her of us playing with them. Would you like to see it? It's on mom's website: www.MyPetsInAction.ws. Also on the site is a really fun video of mom skijoring with her dogs. We hope you'll check it out.
Guess what? Tomorrow is Mickey's birthday! He will be 4 years old. We can't wait to see what mommy got for him...and how many layers the cake will have. MOL! We'll be sure to bring some over for you too.
Btw, we have 24 new photos :)

mother's day vote for your mom! we're celebrating a day early due that the weather later tomorrow will be going back downhill with rain from tomorrow night-thursday, so here we go again with week #3 of rain, rain and more rain!
nat has added 3 more events to his calendar which is get- ting busier as he's gotten another new job for a neighbor moving/stacking wood, then a supper thrown by his elemen- tary school on the 25th and the senior prom as of the 27th. we're having a cookout tonight and janet's gotta hurry to get things going and done so she'll be available to go to a meeting with nat's 4th set of godparents to finalize things on the upcoming potluck graduation picnic early next month am hoping this morning, but already is getting late! can't chat online tomorrow, got to much to get done before the rain moves in as if it's good from now on janet will be out- side working in the garden, or getting things done between the rain. warming to 80 today we heard, but right now the breeze is on the cool side as it was 34 here this morning. sandy, ana, angels....janet too!
