My favorite tricks and treats are: play fetch and canned cat food, yummmm.....

My pet peeves: The dog. He is just not quite up to par in the smarts department. What can you do?
What I love about my owners: She loves me and pampers me the way a cat ought to be pampered!
My cat hobbies: Sleep on my owner's lap (but only if she has a blanket. Man, those blankets are the best!) and play fetch

How We Met
When my first cat passed away I was heartbroken. A friend of mine happened to have some kittens that would soon be ready to go to new homes, so a few weeks after the passing of my first cat I took home Boo. He helped me cope with my loss, and now he is my big baby.

The temperature was high 47 & low was 43 this morning, now it's 43 feels like 41 with humidity 76% & wind is 16 MPH. Sunday's suppose to be Rain & High 46.
Reduce your cat's risk:
Here are some steps you can take to help prevent fibrosarcoma in your cat:
1) Since outdoor cats are most at risk for being exposed to rabies, feline leukemia, and distemper, they must be vaccinated regularly. The simplest way to avoid revaccinating is to keep your cat inside, eliminating the need for certain shots.
2) When your cat needs to be revaccinated, ask your veterinarian about the type of vaccine used. Is it a killed or live virus vaccine, is it for one or three years, and does it contain the aluminum salt adjuvant?
3) Cats may be required by law to get rabies vaccinations, even if they're always kept indoors. Your veterinarian must follow the law. However, you can ask your veterinarian about doing a blood titer test to measure your cat's rabies antibodies. If the titer level is high enough, your veterinarian should be able to exempt your cat from being revaccinated at that time.
4) If your veterinarian insists on giving optional vaccines against your wishes, find another veterinarian.
