Traveling!
Helo and welcome to the WONDERFUL world of being owned by a cat!!! They are fatastic creatures as i am sure you are finding out in your two years. You are only going from Ma to NY so I am assuming it'll be about a 4 hour drive for your baby. I would suggest taking her for a short ride each day to see how she does. I have never had a problem with Paws, but i took her in the car as a kitten. We drive 6 or more hours to show.....she stays in hotels etc...
Even if you do a test drive she may cry & then settle down........I don't think she would get sick in just 4 hours, but if she really doesn't like the car you can get something to calm her at the vet.
I have friend who were DOG folk. A stray mom cat appeared on their door. I walked them through getting to know their kitty, and she is now a happy travler from MA to Florida....back to MA and down to the Cape.........I hope I ahve helped somehwat? Paws has her paws crossed.....let us know how it goes...Paws & MomCome visit me, Pawstuctaway Serengeti.
