Hello CC kitties! Today we are happy to bring your attention to a very special kitty named Dasher #225951. This handsome Maine Coon kitty was waiting patiently at the shelter for a special someone to come and make him part of a loving family. On December 9th, 2011 his patience paid off, for indeed a very special lady did come in to meet him and it was love at first sight.
At first Dasher’s #225951 family named him “Kringle” since it was so close to Christmas when they adopted him and they thought that name was fitting for this fine fellow. But soon Dasher let his mommy and daddy know what his true name was and that was “Dasher” #225951 as he dashed from one end of the house to the other, full of energy and happiness at being in his forever home. Dasher soon found a companion in his sister, Sparkles K., even though she wasn’t too thrilled to have a new baby brother enter her world. But after a few weeks Dasher #225951 and his sister became friends and have been keeping their parents entertained and loved ever since. Dasher has learned the ways of his sister and they both love to chase after hair ties shot out from their mom’s hand. Dasher loves to watch birds and other creatures from the many windows of his loving home. When it is time for bed and sleep, Dasher #225951 is under the covers right up next to his mommy all night long.
This sweet and special kitty would be so honored to have a COTD badge for his very own to show to his mom, dad, sister and the rest of the CC community.
