I like your name. It sounds almost regal! My family had a kitty named Wheezer from the Little Rascals, and when he crossed over the bridge, they got me and thought they would go with that theme. So they called me Spanky. I had the name "Jack in the shelter, so they kept that too. Thanks for the visit. Everyone has been so nice, coming by with all sorts of well-wishes and conCATulations! I am speechless and believe me that is a miracle because I am never quiet (ask mom). Thank you all so much for the votes, the congrats, and your friendship. It means so much. I was honored to be chosen COTD. Mine and Tinkie's life didn't start off good but mom gave us a great home and now we have all these wonderful friends. We are back!Mom and dad were on a Alaskan Cruise last week and she didn't go on line as it was way too expensive and didn't have a lot of time. We are fine here. Sassy is doing good and I am glad my dad is home. I missed him I am a daddy's girl. Sassy is everyones she loves all Desi is moms girl and she stayed under the chair most of th time. she was very glad mom is back and told her over and over. Got it right today this is Olivia I am writing for Patches. We haven't heard from her in a few days. Aunt Kim has had a kitty with diabetes and she went into a coma. Scared her to death. any way she is getting better but won't eat. her numbers are high but if she doesn't eat no shot. it is scarey..........Sassy has diabetes and cancer......Mom gives her a insulin shot twice a day.....Mom and dad are going on a trip to Alaska a cruise and will be gone for a week she is already having withdrawl......................OliviaCome visit me, Angel Desi, Angel Nook RIP 2/7/13, Taxi, ;Beauty adopted 7/24/2012, Olivia loves Paddy♥, Patches & Angel Sassy missing our friend Kathy.

Hi! Thank you so much for congratulating me on COD! It was such a big surprise when mom tuarned on the computer....and there I was! Mom is still not happy with the way I am eating, and is force-feeding me. I do eat, sometimes, though. Mom is very happy with the way I am interacting with my siblings, though. I have come out from behind the couch ande laid with them, and at times plaayed briefly with them. I am just checking things out in my time! The very best news is that this is going to be my forever home. My moms talked about it on Monday nite and decided that they couldn`t make me go somewhere else and feel abandoned, again! So I have a permanant home, and I was named COD in 2 days! Isn`t that great. This morning mom was all excited because I was rubbing up against her and purring. It doesn`t take much to make her happy! Well last nite mom tried shining her stupid laser beam at my toys, covered in catnip inside the "batcave". It still didn't work. But mom brought home some new cushions for her kitchen chairs, as she was tieing the new ones on, I went over and layed down on the OLD ones laying on the floor. I was PERFECTLY happy with the old ones. Now I have to break in new ones?
