Thank you for this share and I will continue to share this funny quote. My Magellan is the perfect example of this as he is quiet the man and he loves to nap with the human man of the house in the middle of a beautiful day.
Izy is a very easy to live with female - she loves to eat and she will enjoy all the treats everyone sent her. Also, the pretty collars - yes these are the things that Izy girl likes. She wears a break away collar now because her first pretty pink collar got caught around her front leg once and she limbed back home after we had a search party for her. Thank God she made it home and now she only wears the break away collars and she has lost many of those as well.

Ammie gives K. Mike and Lady Dolly a pawhug and thanks them for the invitation to their pawty. She hands them a little housewarming gift...a set of 8 Waterford Crystal Carina Essence Stemware...gift wrapped to purr-fection with a beautiful bow.

Ammie mingles with her furriends and pounces over to the buffet and helps herself to a variety of things on the kittilicious menu. She also has some Egg Nog Punch.

Lily comes for the housewarming pawty!
She exclaims over the lovely Rainbow Rose Manor and says the holiday decorations are just lovely!

I brought some pewter and stoneware steins with your initials entwined on them and a keg of catnip lager. Someone did say it's National Lager Day, did they not?

Lily sees many of her furriends are here already and she says hi as she lets Dolly give her a tour of the gorgeous home. After the tour, she heads to the food table and fills up a plate. She taps the keg and pours mugs for herself and Mallow and they toast the host and hostess!

The HT Kitties arrive
They look in awe at the houose before entering...wow...
They ring the bell...Mike opens the door to let them in...they hand Dolly a bouguet of flowers

For the housewarming gift...the boys got them a huge wall hanging of Commish Caser...{Just kidding} it is a photo of a beautiful gazebo sitting by the water with a Lighthouse on the background.

The girls give them a place setting for 8 and 8 placemats and 8 coasters to go on the table, the set also includes a sugar bowl, butter dish, napkin holder and gravy boat.

Hope you both enjoy the gifts....

Whiskers, Talley, Callie & Maggie arrive
at the gorgeous Rainbow Rose Manor. The kitties can't get over how beautiful the house looks! Callie & Maggie present K. Mike & Lady Dolly with the festive Shrimp Platter they had both created. Maggie had put the finishing touches on it by placing lettuce in the center of the platter and arranging slivers of cherry on top to form a poinsettia blossom. Maggie told Lady Dolly, "When we are all finished eating the shrimp platter, the dish is a gift to the both of you, made from Baccarat crystal to add to your lovely dinnerware collection."

Whiskers & Talley together carry in their housewarming gift. Talley tells King Mike & Lady Dolly how they came upon the idea for their gift. We both read somewhere that traditional housewarming gifts of salt, bread and wine date back to European symbols of the good life: "salt, so that life always has flavor - bread, that the occupants may never know hunger - and wine to fill the house with joy." The sentiment certainly remains the same -- with lasting happiness in a new home the very best wish that can be bestowed on the new homeowner! But we decided to give the old tradition a new twist by assembling a gift basket of table wines, fruit, gourmet baked goods, and cheeses (and bottle of table salt for added flavor & good luck!).

The banquet tables of food look too pretty to eat! But Whiskers manages to steal a shrimp cheese ball. The kitties all agree everything looks exquisite! And thank you so much for our first holiday ornament for Christmas 2012! It is beautiful! We will always think of you two in your happy home when we hang it on our Christmas tree!

Whiskers looks around to see if he can spot any mistletoe hanging so he can surprise Talley with another kitty kiss! MOL!

Oh, My!! What a Beautiful Home!!
Angels Tinker and Casha arrive at the Rainbow Rose Manor in the RV with all the White Squirrel Kitties and their guests. "We're here by invitation for your Open House and want to see everything!" All the kitties "OOOHHH" & "AAAHHH" at the beautiful Christmas decorations outside the Manor then head for the front door to take the tour of all the festively decorated rooms and greet their hosts. "You have such a beautiful home and you've done a wonderful job with the furnishings and decorations!" Everyone picks up their special Christmas ornaments and admires the fine work involved in the hand-painted picture of the Manor House.

After taking the tour and visiting each room and the grounds, Angel Tinker's group make their way to the buffet tables and select choices from the delicious foods available. They all take their plates to the dining area and sit around the 12-foot tall tree with all it's lights and ornaments. They share stories of Christmases past in their families and listen to the stories of their friends who have come by. Everyone shares their plans for this year and wishes each other good visits with families and friends.

"Lady Dolly and King Mike, you are very special hosts and very, very special friends to us all. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Love filled New Year." The Frisky Pearls go up to Dolly and Mike with a gold-foil wrapped box tied with Rainbow ribbon and set it on the table in front of them. "We have been given the honor of presenting you with this gift for your home. We hope you like it!" Dolly unwraps the box and Mike opens the lid. Inside are two silver candle sticks trimmed in gold and two Rainbow striped candles that Angel Tinker brought from the Rainbow Bridge. "These candles are special in that they will never burn down and will always light your way to happiness and prosperity. Only a few select earthly kitties have these candles and they will spread magical angel dust over anything you need."

After the gift-giving the family returns to the buffet to try more of the delicious food Dolly and Mike have provided and they sit down to eat and visit with more of their friends. "Thank you so much for inviting us and opening your home to everyone during this holiday season. May you enjoy the Peace and Love of Christmas throughout the coming year!" Angels Tinker and Casha hold paws and lead the assembled group in a song for the season, "Let There Be Peace On Earth". ooohhh..the girls exclaim..what a lovely house and i love your decorations, too...soo festive..it really puts us in the mood for catmas! thank you soo much for the pretty ornament, too..that will go on our tree as soon as we get home. we're bringing you a housewarming gift of soft catnip scented throw blankets..to warm you on those cold winter nights..sitting in front of the fireplace..

Thank you ever so much for the wonderful tour of your beautiful home. I hope my brother Dasher behaved himself when the Hairballz made their appearance. He has been known to “show off” and do stupid things (especially when Mallow encourages him). Anyway, your home is beautiful. I love the decorations. The food and drinks are superb. You sure know how to throw a party! Please accept this gift of a Waterford Crystal Bowl full of colorful Christmas ornaments. It is from Dasher, me and Mom Dale. Of course Mom would not let Dasher carry it on the back of his motorcycle like he wanted to. I can just see it shattering the first time he hit a bump in the road! Thanks again for a lovely time.

The roar of mighty Harley motors
Can be hear approaching Rainbow Rose Manor. A knock sounds on the door, and Lady Dolly opens it to find nine riders standing on the doorstep. A somewhat familiar looking one steps forward and says, we are Zoe Monique and the Hairballz Rainbow Riders, come to celebrate your lovely brand new home!

The helmets come off and reveal Zoe Monique, Thunderfoot, Q. Lola, Ammie, Cyndee, Dasher, Talley, Kali and Mallow. They put on Santa hats, Mallow blows a note on the pitch pipe and they start to sing:

Claw the Halls and hack up furballs

Terrorize the family gerbils

Shred the carpet, climb the curtain

Leaving their Harleys outside (thank goodness!), the riders enter the mansion. Mallow hands Dolly a big chunk of her famous liver fruitcake and, looking pointedly at the orange lump by the fire asks "is there any riff-raff you'd like us to clear out for you?" (“There wasn't till WE showed up!” whispers Dasher).

I'm here!!! You said anytime,and its pawty time right...now! Nice place you have here. Guy like me can get lost wandering around. Thank goodness I used the bushes before I can in.I'll just check out the fridge and find my cushion by the fire until you wake up. Maybe try my paw at that piano you've got there. Looks like I could slide right across the top pretty good.
Look at what I brought you..an autograph picture of me you can hang right above the fireplace,roller blades so you can zip from room to room, a kitchen witch to hang up,and a bag of pool chalk. I also have something made of crystal,but Gma is having it shipped. Me and breakables don't get along. I think it was food dishes or something round when I shook the package :) Wake me when the pawty starts!
