Crapsey's life was brief, brilliant, and tinged with tragedy. Her work centered primarily on her confrontation with mortality. Diagnosed with tuberculosis of the brain lining in 1911, she nevertheless spent her brief life ardently pursuing her art.

thanks so much for the sweet comments. You are very pretty yourself. You have my mommy's name SUE. and her grandma's name is Maybell hee hee. you must be family. oh. check out my pictures. The newest kitty that came into our house just had kittens 2 days ago. Her name is Izzy and she had 3 babies. well I better go cuz momma has to go to work. Can you come back sometime for a visit?
