Thanks for visiting my page and for leaving me such a nice message, yes, your mom is right, my name Koshka means "female cat" in Russian. When my parents used to live in an apartment complex the lady next door was Russian and whenever she used to see my brother Dereck in the window she would point at him and say "Koshka". One day we asked her what Koshka meant and she said it mean female cat, but Dereck was a male cat. My mom said to my dad if one day we had a female cat we would name her Koshka. A few weeks later I showed up at the apartment and mom and dad adopted me because Dereck needed a playing friend, so they named me Koshka. That's how I got my name. By the way...I still can't believe you're almost 22 years old!!!! It's amazing!!! My dad and mom say that when you were born they were kids!! That's a long time ago. It's nice to meet an older cat because we can learn from all your cat experience. You look so good for your age Dereck said...hehe he's always complimenting all the ladies. Your right about that "long paws" photo. I have sure grown. When I was a tiny kit I would grow an inch a day. Mom woukd go to work, come home & I would be bigger!
You are also right it's quite an accomplishment to be 21 years old...you don't look a day over 5.....Do you have a secret??
All those chipmunks I have in the yard.... I found ( well mom found) their home...oh WEEEEE. Mommy saw the chipmunk dive in...she is thinking I should just go out and sit by his house and wait and see if I can get an up close look....course, mom's idea is i would be in my stroller so I could just look. Me says.....let me have my way with it....tasty treat......gotta go stalk it...i can see his little house from my perch on the mantle.purrs and a vote~~~Come visit me, Pawstuctaway Serengeti.
