Hey y'all,
Chef Nicky here, with a new recipe!

Kitty Lovers' Lasagna
Serves 2

Ingredients

1 tbs. of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese
half a cup of milk
1 clove of garlic
half a cup of parmesan
1 cup of assorted meats (I'm using salmon)
3 green onions (optional)
Kibble Flour Lasagne Noodles (I love using Taste of the Wild for this recipe)

Tools
Small Bowl
Saucepan
Large Pot
2 Wooden Spoons
12x12 stainless steel casserole dish

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bring water to a rapid boil in large pot.

3. Once water is boiling, add kibble flour noodles and cook for 12 minutes. Once noodles are done, drain.

4. Pour milk in saucepan and heat on medium, then add mozzarella. Mince the clove of garlic and add to saucepan. Stir every few minutes until mozzarella is melted. Turn off heat, and set aside.

5. Chop up green onions if using, and grate parmesan cheese.

6. Grease the casserole dish with olive oil, then pour some sauce in a layer, then add some noodles on top of the sauce, then some sauce again, and then add some salmon and parmesan. Keep add the ingredients in that order until you get to the top, then add some sauce, then sprinkle a little parmesan and salmon.

7. Cook lasagna in oven for 13 minutes, then take out and cool.

8. Add green onion on top if using, and serve.

This is probably a much different recipe, but we all have to start eating more healthy, and this recipe is much lighter than your normal lasagna with tons of marinara, mozzarella cheese and meat. Your body will totally thank you.

Enjoy!

Until next time,
Chef Nicky

Hey all you cooking fans,
I have a new recipe.
Enjoy!

New Kitty-Style Crumb Cake

Ingredients

Crumb Topping
1¾ cups all purpose kibble flour
¼ cup diatomaceous earth
¼ cup bentonite clay
2 teaspoons beef jerky bits
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Cake
1½ cups all purpose kibble flour
½ cup diatomaceous earth
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ cup goat milk
½ cup oil
3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Bentonite Clay and Diatomaceous Earth mixture, for serving

To make crumb topping:
1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, diatomaceous earth, bentonite clay, beef jerky bits, and salt.

2. Add melted mozzarella and toss with two forks, as if you were tossing salad, until it appears crumbly. The crumbs should be the size of small peas.

To make cake:

1. Preheat the oven to 345° degrees F. Lightly grease a 8 inch square pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, diatomaceous earth, baking powder and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together goat milk, oil, and vinegar.

4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until just combined. Do not Overmix.

5. Fill the prepared pan with batter and evenly sprinkle with the crumb topping.

6. Bake for about 40 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry with a few crumbs clinging to it.

7. Let cool and dust with diatomaceous earth and bentonite clay mixture.

8. Serve with goat milk.

Enjoy!

Welcome to CC Feline FurFriend NICHOLAS
The Leonids generally begin on November 13 and end on November 21, with maximum generally occurring during the night of Novemer 17/18. Observers are generally treated to displays of about 10 meteors per hour on the night of maximum. About every 33 years, the Leonids enter a phase of enhanced activity. During these periods, rates can amount to hundreds and even thousands of meteors per hour.

"Leonids Over Us" by Marge Piercy

The sky is streaked with them
burning hole in black space --
like fireworks, someone says
all friendly in the dark chill
of Newcomb Hollow in November,
friends known only by voices.

We lie on the cold sand and it
embraces us, this beach
where locals never go in summer
and boast of their absence. Now
we lie eyes open to the flowers
of white ice that blaze over us

and seem to imprint directly
on our brains. I feel the earth,
rolling beneath as we face out
into the endlessness we usually
ignore. Past the evanscent
meteors, infinity pulls hard.
