Chocolate Cat Cupcakes
Prep: 15 min Total: 1 hr 20 min Serves: 24
1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
3 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups powdered sugar
12 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, cut in half
2 pieces black licorice (8 inch), cut into thin strips
1/2 cup jelly beans
24 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
HEAT oven to 350°F.
PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool completely.
MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Gradually stir in sugar until well blended; spread onto cupcakes.
DECORATE with remaining ingredients to resemble cat faces.
How to Make Cat's Ears
Cut each large marshmallow crosswise into 2 pieces with kitchen shears to make ears, pinching each piece slightly to form shape of ear.

Banchi & Tigger
Banchi was running around the house this morning swinging her paws at Tigger. They are so cute together. Since Tigger was a total outside cat, he never learned hos to play with toys or with other kitties, so Banchi (his mom) has been trying her best to get him pouncing. She has been very successful lately getting him to chase her, but this morning he wasn't into it - he still had his sleepyeyes on!Come visit me, Banchi & Tigger.

"2" ~*~ KNIGHT FAMILY UPDATES ~*~
EUGENE, OREGON WEATHER REPORT:
The temperature was high 51 & low was 45 this morning, now it's 45 feels like 46 with humidity 90% & wind is 5 MPH NNE. Friday's suppose to be Rain & High 57.

♥ Mom did the Glucose monitoring every 2 hours for 12 hours yesterday on our doggie sister CARLY (#11000 DC) which mom thinks all the readings were fairly good. Carly is still eating her Prescription Diet w/d can food and some of her PD w/d dry food throughout the day. Carly has lost about 3+ pounds within a year as she's down to 13.4 pounds now.
♥ Do you remember TaumKat???? His picture is the first one in my picture gallery at the bottom of my page!!!! Mom had dad hold TaumKat today to check out the tumor under his tongue and mom says it's looking worse to her. She has noticed TaumKat is drooling more as well. He doesn't act like he's in pain, but mom has pain medication on hand in case he needs it!!!!
♥ Mom woke up with a bad headache this morning so she took Equate Migraine pills and it finally went away. Mom also went out in the front yard to prune her rose bushes, plants and ckeaned up leaves and such off the public sidewalk in front of our house. She then had dad dig up some Daylilies and a Fushia bush for mom's brother and sister-in-law.
