Nice to hear from you! On your questions, in order to vote COTM, you can go to the CMR page, which is # 46883 up in your browser. In the browser, you can delete the info up to the = sign, then put in the CMR number and hit the enter, or if you work from an ipad like Mom, hit return. That should take you to CMR ( catpaign mews room). There, you'll see a photo of the cat up for COTM, in this case, Steve. The numbers like the one you listed, are kitty page numbers, yours, for instance is #246627. Check out the browser when you are on your own page, you'll notice it up there.
