How We Met
My neighbor's cat had four kittens that I fell in love with. As soon as they were old anough to be taken away from there mother I took them in. Misty was one of them, along with Todd, KitKat, and Casie. I love them all dearly. On June 27 2007 Misty and her sister, Casie, fell in the pond. Casie survived but Misty drowned. Her life was very short at 3 months old, but it was wonderful.

My name is Thomas. It is nice to meet you. I have come by to pay my respects on your 2nd anniversary of crossing the bridge. It's hard to believe that you were so young when you crossed. We have a foster family. One of the kittens crossed when she was 4 days old. Angel Duckie went to get her. Her mom, Angel Larry is raising her. They even made a page for her. 73 ANGEL MISTY REMEMBERING YOUR CROSSING ANNIVERS
.IT IS 59 F Going up to 84F with humidex & thunderstorms..Well we tried but couldnt get fridge /freezer to work..so we will have to get a new one .Thanks again to all who sent prayers to me .Mom & I are so overwhelmed with everyone's kindness...PRAYERS. ..TUXIE # 41929.. having 2 or 3 teeth pulled this .afternoon....SASSY # 23645.. Still congested . Had biopsy of mass in mouth. Dr Said it didn't look good. Have to wait 4 or 5 days to find out what it is.. she will have pain meds.. BLAZE #10057..MOM TAMMY ( the firefighter kitty Mom).. went to ER on Fri - in so much pain- gave her several injections through IV and an anti inflammatory med that has seemed to help but she has been sick at her stomach and been having migrane headaches & her asthma is acting up... .NAPPY #68109..no more vomiting ..Using litter box..Had a quiet day & slept alot..followed Mom around ..very clingy.. CASEY #60584..HIS GRAMMA.. is undergoing an out-patient bladder tuck ...ANGEL BLACKIE & MOUSEY'S # 42912 ..GOOD NEWS!!.. they had stabilized DADS bld sugar level..It stayed stable the rest of the day and he was doing good last night..... CASPER TODD # 6451..Casper is still at Dr. William’s (30 miles away).. Casper still has the UTI and he wants to get another specimen to send off to the lab to grow cultures He now has big, open bleedy sores around his neck & back from all the scratching.- has feline demodicosis (skin mites like red mange in dogs). He found a mite in Casper's poop specimen. He said stress has caused this. It is VERY RARE in cats. They have given Casper a liquid med Amitraz ...CHAMPARONEE.. #121020..MOM is having knee arthroscopy surgery today..CONT TO PRAY FOR..MISS FLUFFY'S PAWRENTS..# 74942.. MR JINKS MOM #.43961..Fri . They went in with a huge needle to asperate the cyst on her kidney. She is still very sore!! She goes back to see her dr Thurs...and hopefully she will hear some good news. If not, the dr said they may have to schedule surgery... GIN GIN # 12433.. Mom will have to live with the spider in eye. At least the retina did not detach. . I'm on day 7 of transitioning to my new food. Potty is about the same...BEAR #17119..HIS MOM'S PAWRENTS WERE IN A BAD ACCIDENT...VERY SAD MEWS... . We have had some devastating news. My parents where in an accident and my Mother did not make it. My father is in ICU right now expected to make a full recovery but does have a head trama. . ..BIRTHDAYS..... I am planning to have an Irish/Italian Parade on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST. This is a parade that begun in Jefferson Parish years ago and is unique to that area. It is a really huge parade, eighty something floats. They not only throw beads, doubloons, cups, trinkets etc., but they throw out cabbages, carrots, onions, veggies that would be used to prepare an Irish stew! It is a very generous parade and you go home with tons of goodies. People generally bring a lot of garbage bags with them to put their loot in! It also has bands, marching groups, old Irish and Italian men in suits marching and giving out paper flowers and/or beads to any lady dumb enough to kiss them for one - MOL. I am asking the CC community that anyone that would like to participate in the parade itself to please visit page #123321 the Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler Catvention Center and sign up. Each cat/cat family will be assigned a number and that will be the number of their float and when they would be required to post their blog. In their blog they would describe their float and state what throws they are throwing and do that ALL IN CAPS. Also, you would come up with a band, dance team, marchers, old men walking, etc. to precede your float. This too should be presented in ALL CAPS! From that point forward they would blog as though they are throwing stuff to their friends. Therefore, if you sign up to have a float you would want to invite your friends to come join in as spectators. There will also be a Toasting session on St. Patrick's day. I am thinking of asking Coops if he would host this at Hat Trick Burgers Bar and Grill. There will also be a dinner/dance on the Friday before the parade, the 20th this will be held at Bao Bao's Cafe, Les Champs-Elysees Cafe on page number 122154, time has not yet been set for either the toasting or the dance. If there is not enough interest in participating then none of this will happen. Please respond by Friday night March 6, 2009. Hope you will join in with the fun! I want to give a special thanks to everyone who made my Birthday soo special. I may be getting to that age where as a lady I can't reveal my true age. Hey we are also celebrating in my house on May 7th. It was just 2 weeks after I was born that I met my furever mommy, and told her in a LOUD voice to bring me home.
