Two names - Lady
We have 4 felines living here. Two older cats a year apart, and then us youngsters. Mom has always had a heart for rescue animals - Read Dusty's page. She adoped Ginger from a local no kill shelter. But she always wanted ONE purebred from a breeder. Her daughter loves the Birmans, so she asked the same breeder for one. I am writing to you today about our Mouse Hockey League. Many of your friends have enjoyed playing this new sport with us this past season. Our players are young and old, male and female, cats in good or poor health, and breeds of all types. If you are a live cat, you are eligible. We are expanding the league size this year and are looking for many new kitties to make up the new teams. All games are simulated by computer, so your physical presence is NOT mandatory at game time. Many cats check the game results on the MHL page (#43885) later to see how their team fared and to check out their personal performance. If you would like your CC membership to be more exciting and are looking for greater interaction with other kitties, mouse hockey may be your answer. New teams are forming NOW. If you are interested, please visit Scamper's page (#39429) for MORE INFORMATION. Since Scamper currently has his hands full with early returns by new recruits, I am helping him, for the time being, by sending out more solicitations and organizing the responses, allowing his other efforts to be more efficient. Please REPLY TO ME with your questions or to sign up. If two kitties from your household wish to play, please indicate if they prefer the same team assignment or if they would prefer to compete on separate teams. If more than two kitties wish to play, no more than two can be on the same team, so explain how you wish to have them divided, please. (If you wish to be a goalie for your team, you might mention that, also.) We will try to accommodate any special requests you may have. There are NO fees, and virtual uniforms and equipment are provided. We need you and hope you will seriously consider enriching your CC experience by being a part of this activity. By now you know why dad put the Christmas tree up in the yard.mol. We are all being good for Santa Claws. Dad says, we have two cat trees, sleeping beds, tents and cubes. A tunnel. There is 3 kinds of food, treats, catnip, and chewy stuff. We have a box full of toys, balls, squeaky mouses and ducks. What can he buy us for Christmas. We want a new Coon brother. Dad went out shaking his head.A big cardboard box would be nice with a roll of TP in it. Meow. The sunshine gang.With a vote. 30 ~~* SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT *~~
Oh so cold out, Oh so cold out!!! That's what it is!! Mom brought out warm steamy water for all of us this freezing foggy morning. I didn't even come over to our house to eat this morning cuz of the freeze. I was afraid my little paws would stick to the ground and couldn't move. We feel for the poor little kits and other furry critters where they suffer from severe cold or even the heat. It's a wonderful thing to think about them and forget about ourselves. No one to love them and take care of them, no one to say three little but big impact words of "I LOVE YOU" and no one to comfort when needed most. Aren't we the lucky ones to have all this???
