Education: Herm LOVES to play Hide-n-Go Seek!!! He will be in a room down the hall as I am in another room I will peak out at him about 3 times then he will quietly run down the hall and catch me as we're playing tag an looks at me as if he is saying boo! It is the cutest thing I have ever seen!!! He also fetches

My favorite tricks and treats are: He loves to fetch his fuzzy ball on a string, and a little pink stuffed flower he carries in his mouth all over the place and he leaps with his arms wide open like hes flying its so funny. and Whisker Lickens...WOW he just hears the bag & freaks out:)He will find the bag and rip it open.

Where I hang out: BOXES,Window perch, Front inclosed porch, Bed, Kitchen and just about everywhere I am in the house.

My favorite grubs: Purina one for hairball control

My pet peeves: My fiances size 15 shoes... When ever he has them on Herm just runs

What I love about my owners: She spoils me like crazy and I get to sleep right next to her/on her every night. She loves me more than I could of EVER imagined ~~~ She LOVES to take pictures of me for my very own scrap book since day 1 when I was just a baby.

My cat hobbies: He loves to look out his back yard window,plays with all his toys,plays in paper bags and loves his cardboard box that he has played with since we have first brought him home.And of course sleep!

How We Met

I previously had owned 2 of the BEST most PERFECT beautiful cats I had EVER seen. A HUGE black cat named Spide was my first "indoor" cat and a NORWEGIAN FORREST CAT named Sweetie who was just such a princess.Spide was 17years old when he had passed away in my arms in my bedroom-He was my child & it was the hardest time in my life. Sweetie was his buddy and she lived 2 years longer and had just passed from having cancer this year in Feb. at the age of 14. It had been 2 months living cat free in my house for the first time in 17 years-Yes, it was unbearable* So I started to think about getting another-a couple of days b4 my birthday this year"07" my Fiance and I started looking into the local pet shops and animal shelters I was interested in getting another Black cat pref a female . But there I had seen the most cutest smallest kitten all snuggled up with his brothers and sisters sleeping. I didnt want to wake him but he was just so precious. About 4 days later it was my birthday and in my boyfriends arms was that kitten:) in a tiny box with a fuzzy blanket and a little furry mouse- He had all his shots & papers and I just cried & cried with happiness. It was the BEST birthday EVER!!!Thankyou Michael and Angels for Animals>^..^<

They DO come in handy with a pay check...after all we have to FEED the cats! Herman is adorable! Very much resembles a kitty I fostered named Ozark-he was priceless and such a sweetie, as I am sure Herman is too!

Nice to meet you, Herman, and read your wonderful story! It is so sweet that you have beautiful Spide and Sweetie on your page as well. You are so handsome, you could be a magazine kitty, my friend. I can't imagine a house with no kitties. When I came here, gosh there must have been a bazillion kitties here. Well, not a bazillion, but it seemed like it to me! I started as a foster but mama fell in love with me. She said it's not good to keep kitties because that cuts down on what we can save, but she couldn't help it. So there's about half of us here who are forever and half are fosters. I get along with everybody but I like the kittens best because they are very gentle and sweet. Like you!
