Education: I've learned to respect all animals. I grew up with a little wild bird that fell out of his nest when he was 3 days old. I only knew him for 3 years until he died last year at 7 years old. My mom had another cat named Frisbee. He was my mentor. He passed away last year too at the age of 18. I love watching birds & other little animals but won't hurt them. I saw a cat kill a bird once. I carried the little bird to my mom because I knew something was wrong.
My favorite tricks and treats are: When my mom bends down in front of my face I know how to kiss her on the lips! Also, apparently I don't run like a cat...I'm told I run like a rabbit. Mom will set me across the yard then clap her hands real fast to hop back to her. My back legs go forward & my front legs tuck back! Just like a cheetah sprinting! I don't know how to run any other way? I don't mind though because it seems to thoroughly entertain humans. They're so easily amused! and My favorite treat is the homegrown catnip we thankfully grow year-round.
Where I hang out: I like my moms bed pillows. I sleep on her pillow with one paw draped over her neck.
My favorite grubs: I like Whiskas Tender Morsels...fish flavor, Fancy Feast Salmon, & Kit-n-Kaboodle for my crunchies.
My pet peeves: I can't reach door knobs & I don't like kitties smelling the opposite end of my face.
What I love about my owners: She understands me, knows my likes & dislikes & loves me unconditionally- . I know I am an important part of her life. She also actively rescues & helps other cats that are feral, starving, abandoned, homeless or injured. She makes sure they have a reliable source of food available. She says life here in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains is hard enough on the homeless cats. She just wants to help make their lives a little easier & keep the homeless kitty population down. The best part is when the ferals begin to trust her. They learn how nice it feels to be petted & scratched under the chin. They've never felt the touch of a loving hand & it changes their whole kitty outlook on life. My mom says that is the reward.
My cat hobbies: I like to play hide and seek 1st thing in the morning...after I have breakfast. Then I follow my mom wherever she goes. And I do mean everywhere.

How We Met
I went to the Pet Supply store where I shop & heard that 2 Siamese cats had been found earlier behind the Pet Shop's back door next to the dumpster. One cat had already been claimed by an employee. Then I saw this beautiful little Snow Tiger/Lynx Point with the loudest purr I've ever heard! The pet shop wanted to make her a resident store cat. I asked the shop owner if I could please bring her home with me. They knew me & said I could take her home. It happened to be my birthday that day too. I believe there are no coincidences. Phoebe & I were meant to be together.
