Hi Storm
We finally got a break in our hot weather & this weekend it's going to be nice, e.g. 75 - 80 daytime, sunny, 56 - 65 at night. Yeeeaaaahhaaho! Momcat is going up to Bill's unairconditioned house in Litchfield this weekend (which she has consciously Avoided all month cause our condo IS A/C'd). It's his birthday on Monday so they will celebrate. Lil Grey get's to go up with her and then to romp, unleashed, on his wooded property with his cat Bandit. It's a supervised romp by momcat. Me, Midnight, I get to stay at home cause I'm the fraidy cat! or maybe the smart one! Purrs & Vote,

Yes, I am pain free and no more worries of getting sick nor blood clots in my body again. I know my family will miss me and they have loved me.

I came into mom and dad's life when I was just a little kitten of about 8+ weeks old along with 3 other littermate siblings. I have lived a stressful life with bearing 21 most beautiful kittens. Some had already went to forever sleep before me but they too, were loved by our human parents. I was a clever and smart girl as not to get trapped so as to be spayed. One day I let my guard down with a neighbor lady friend at the time and was in her laundry room when she closed the door then called my mom. She came with a carrier and then called a vet to see if mom could bring me in and fore-warned them I was feral. Away I went and came home that night from my Big girl surgery. Mom told me "no more babies and that I could relax without any mishaps". I had a faily good life after that and I enjoyed all the pets mom gave me. I would never let her hold me but she knew I loved her and she, too, loved me in return. Mom only asked one thing of me while I was alive and that was to stay living at home. I did that after the neighbor lady moved away and mom was so happy to have me, Teakee 25544 and Sausha 22506 back home.

I want to say Thank You for your loving support and prayers to our family at this sad time. I cried myself to sleep around midnight 5/20 and awakened about 4:30 this morning by Pappoose 10366 so I got up and cried some more. Needless to say, I still have throughout the day. I now worry about Teakee 25544 mostly as time goes on and her fur mama is no longer to be found.
My favorite Bible Scriptures is Revelation 21:3-5

BABY KNIGHT 13286 is survived by her littermate sister Aunt Samantha Knight 15442 and All her children. You can see the list on BABY's page in her BIO section.

It was so good hearing from you. We have missed y'all. How are you? Did you enjoy a Meowy Christmas? We sure did! Santa Claws thought we were VERY good, so he left us lots of goodies, including a ball of Furry Fury electronic toy (which we are scared of!), a ball that dispenses treats, a Cubs food mat, a new catnip banana, & a wand toy that has a blinking ball on it. I also got a new heated bed called PetSafe Wellness Cat Sleeper. Wow, is it cozy! Mommy got a Sleep Number bed so she must have been good too. Hope Santy was nice to you too.

I have exciting mews! Mommy entered a photo of me watching our early December snow from my heated blankey on the windowseat in WLBT Channel 3’s photo contest. We were selected as one of 5 winners. We won gift cards to Piccadilly. Isn’t that neat?!!!

The most heartwarming part of Sniffles story is the fact that his Mom had never thought of herself as a cat person before Sniffles entered her life. She had 4 dogs she loved with all her heart. They can all be found on Dog Channel. Sadly, she shared with members of the DC community that “on March 24th, 2009, a neighbor took their short lived lives into his hands and carelessly ended their stay on this beautiful planet of ours ... guess out of pure anger and hatred, he chose to retaliate by poisoning all of my darling babies using bait laced with rat poison. When I discovered them lying on the ground, I rushed them all to the vet. My babies, Tango and Cash, died almost immediately after our arrival to the vet's office. Freckles and Maverick managed to cling to life for another eighteen hours before taking their final breath. They have all been brought home with me and laid to rest on our farm where they belong and will always be remembered... This is a surprise for her and her mommy! She is a great watch cat. Once she woke up her mommy when she smelled smoke. Luckily it was coming from outside. Her mommy recently had a health scare and Snuggles was right there to give her plenty of PurrTherapy. She loves to sleep with her head on a pillow and she dreams about her wonderful boyfriend Timmeh. She has helped throw a few surprise birthday parties at the CC Movie Theater. So we think it is time to surprise her with a COTD badge! Hi Storm,
I don't think you and I met before but you know the rest of my family. My name is NeuBee. I've been on CC since February.

We are doing good and mom is trying to stay off the computer so much for awhile to relax (yeah right) and do other things. The thunderstorms are over for now and tomorrow we are suppose to have sunshine again.

Mom has been enjoying me pouncing up and down, playing with Sylvester 11567 (the love of my life), and harrassing the baby Nutria. MOL!!!

It's really nice out 2day! I take it that Misty already told you about the new cat that will be arriving sometime this summer. We haven't seen, named or even figured out anything about this cat. Technically, the housefolk just decided to get one. But they're getting it this summer! I already asked Misty this, but which do you think would be better: A boy kitty or a girl kitty?

Dad had such a busy weekend,he thought today was sunday. We have rain, 60, and gonna get some frost this week. Missy was asleep in the sink this morn and got wet when dad made coffee. Zippi and Taz pulled down the shower curtain, dad wasnt in the shower at the time but heard the crash. OG was chasing everyone lastnite and following dad around, sitting on him every time he sat on the couch. CRASH, excuse us a sec..Dad gave us a big plastic bowk full of kitty grass, it is now upside down on the floor, Zippi and Taz are chasing again.Situation normal at the cosmic cavern of obsurdity,AKA the Kitty rancho. Momcat has had a bad head cold for 2 weeks. She & us are 'sick of it'.. Momcat is feeling a bit better & made sugar cookies today & gave some to her 13 year old Lil Boy neighbor. The rest she is saving for Bill, including hearts, & airplanes from the cookie cutter. (She won't see Bill while she has a cold.) Funny...but some of the airplanes look like a great white shark.! Hi Storm, Misty Blue & Angel China
We apologize for the c/p but we have not been actively blogging lately, and we wanted to be able to say hello to many of our feline friends as possible this weekend. As most of you know, Mom has been busy caring for our Grandma. Then, sadly, we lost our sweet McFluff two weeks ago. For those reasons, It’s been difficult for Mom to get back on CC. We hope to be able to visit on a more regular basis. We’re in the middle of a deep freeze here in the Green Mountains. Freezing temperatures are very dangerous for us kitties. A story appeared in our local paper this morning about a feral kitten whose paws became frozen to a retaining wall. Thankfully, a human found her in time and managed to get her paws free with some warm water. She was rushed her off to the vet, and now has a new family and a warm home to call her own. This could have had a very sad outcome without the intervention of this compassionate human! We are thankful for a warm home to sleep in, and we pray for those kitties who are not as fortunate as we are! Wishing you and Happy Weekend! Purrs and Hugs, Gabby and the Green Mountain Gang

48 last nite. Dad took the bike to the club, all layered with a stocking cap and a mask bandana.There were 16 bikes there and 6 cars. Dad put a big fuzzy wool blanket on the bed, guess what? We all have a new nap place,yep , on the blanket. Dad had to fight his way into the bed last night as all 4 of us were on top of it. Zippi and Taz went subteranean and played by dads feet. He fell asleep right away and so did all of us/ Pleasant dreams and a vote for you today. The sunshine gang. 65 today but 40's at nite for the next week or so.

Thank you for your condolences about Juju. Purrs Darn, (no DAMM COLD) here in New England this frigid January '''negative 2 this morning''''. The only one benefiting from this COLD weather is my electric company!!! LOL. Momcat's beau keeps his house in Litchfield, CT quite cool....(aka COLD). He asked momcat to come up & spend a week (instead of just an overnight or 2 nights). Momcat said she will think about it..but..Momcat was saying to herself.///.......she must purchase a down insulated snowmobile outfit for this potential event. How was your weekend? Ours was nice. We helped Mommy scrapbook. Nana and Papa are both feeling better, although Nana still has a horrible cough. Both our great-grandparents (Nana’s parents) are in the hospital. They are in their late 80s & have Alzheimer’s. Please keep them in your prayers. What’s mew? We missed you, but we enjoyed spending lots of time with Mommy while she was on vacation. Hope your holidays were fun too. What did Santa bring you? We got a “Thrill of the Chase” toy that makes mouse sounds. Plus I got a (faux) mink coat and hat – see the main photo on my page. We're begging girls, for some food!!! MOL!!! ~*~ Mom told dad that Whyskrs 10378 and me (Jazpyr 10428) are going on diets. Dad heard how hard we breathe and mom kept telling dad that we are fat. Dad said we were just fine until dad heard Whyskrs again yesterday when he was asleep and dad mentioned it to mom AGAIN and mom told him and then she said to limit what we eat when he wants to give us goodies. Limit our goody intake!!! Come on mom, let dad keep giving us our goodies!!! Mom told dad how much we are aloud and what we are aloud. Mom has even told dad she is cutting us back on our kibbles intake. THAT WOMAN IS GONNA STARVE US!!! Mom is finally gonna get dads' cooperation. Dad says he can't help it cuz he could never say "NO" to animals til he had to start saying that with Carly 11000 on DC. We just knew that DOGS are trouble and this proves us right. A "Stormy" Christmas "Tail"
Twas Tuesday morn and all through this house, the only sounds heard were from mommy and Storm. Mommy was sitting at the dining room table putting her make up on with care, when what should she see? Two golden brown eyes staring back at me. Hark I said.....that's not me! It was Stormy staring back at me. Alas dear Stormy, down you must go. You know mommy means it when she tells you no. Well down Stormy went without much of a clatter. Well no sooner did I say "Aha the battle of the wills has been won" when there rose such a clatter, I had to turn to see what was the matter! Lo and behold what did I see, a spider crawling up the chair behind me. Yikes yelled I as I sprung from my chair....phew all is ok for Stormy saved the day!

Wow, 8000 bikes at the toy run. Filled 4 box trucks with toys and some cars were filled too. Money was donated too.70 today and 80 tomorrow, sorry northern kitties. We all watched tv with dad, had our nightly chase about and went to bed with dad. Zippi under the covers, Taz by dads head, OG at the feet and Missy in the sink. We like all your pictures. Back to normal here. Bikes in the driveway, radio loud, people in and out of the house and Fred brought his stinky dog over, well we play with her, she is cool for a dog.Missy escaped again and spent an hour in the driveway rolling over an over. It's been raining here. We had a freeze, but it's still OK out. Mrs Elvis Purrsley here, aka as Juju. HI!!! Momcat saw this following in her newspaper today & she laughed & laughed. """ Southbury, CT 30-year-old man charged with driving naked on I-84 Wednesday. State police said he was seen operating his vehicle without any clothes on, and was arrested on I-84 westbound by Exit 14." Momcat wonders 'how' the state police surmised that he had no pants on??? What's mew? It's a cloudy & chilly day here. Nana is doing fine after her root canal yesterday. Thanks for the well wishes for her. I heard Mommy say something about taking me back to Dr. William tomorrow. Oh no! He is 30 miles away. I will be scared in my carrier but Mommy will sit in the backseat with me while Nana drives. It is going really well with me and the kitties with everyone else. Sometimes Sami still chases and fights with me, but mama stops it before it even starts a lot of times. We do the community mommy thing too. Which ever mama lays down to feed kitties, any kitty can come and eat. Also, all the mommies take care of all the babies. Cleaning, playing and even scolding them as needed. Mom says it looks funny if most of the 16 babies are trying to nurse off of one mommy! Hope you are having a great day! Olivia

It seems like dads friend told her boyfriend, the cat comes back today and you can leave. They worked it out and looks like our Athena will be going home today.
