Dagny's health
Dagny has been having liver problems because I didn't get her teeth cleaned until she was 15 (I already hate myself, please don't send hate mail) The vet said that she is in liver failure and offered the option of euthanasia. She is still eating (More now that I added a little bit of tuna to her AD) she is still using the litterbox, she will still jump up on the counter to get her water with ice cubes (even though I have the same water on the floor next to her food) she went exploring with me on my shoulder. I don't think it is her time yet. She is taking the pills the vet gave without too much anxiety (when I had to give her liquid meds, she got upset and started to hide on me and look at me as if I was doing bad things to her) I think that since the pill is down so quick, and leaves no aftertaste, she doesn't get upset.
All this leads me to believe that she still has a quality of life and is not ready yet for the rainbow bridge.
