My pet peeves: I dislike when people sneak up on me, get too close to me, pick me up, or scratch my ears.
What I love about my owners: She knows how to make a cat feel loved!
My cat hobbies: I love to lie in the sun and just relax. I also love to be petted.
Pet motto: Don't think you can push me around that easily!

How We Met
We found Blackie when we bought our house so we fed her. We soon later found out that she had no home and her name used to be Libby, but she is our cat now and she is Blackie. We just found out that Blackie has a tumor in her stomach and she's had it for a long time! Her last owners didn't get it removed though! That just broke my heart when I found out. Obviously it's not very fatal because she's had it for about 15 years or even more!

Our mom is so proud to have this day to honor dear Angel Henny. Her life was so short and she went through so much in that short time. She was a kind, sweet, and shy girl, who always tried to follow other cats who left her behind at times. Henny was a tiny girl and full of love. Our mom still remembers the first time Henny allowed her to kiss her fur. Thank you for stopping by to congratulate Henny and to share this with our mom. It means so much to celebrate her life. Hi Blackie!! I wish I could go outside like you. This morning I ran outside when I saw the door open!! It was fun, and I tried to eat the plants outside. But Mom saw me and because I don't have any claws, she didn't want me to stay outside and took me back in. Oh well, I can still chase the shadows of bugs from inside the door! :D I love you. Dear Blackie, Nate, and Maydash - Thank You!
Thank you for coming by to congratulate me on 4/11. I am very sorry for being so late in thanking you. Mom always believe that, “A heart that is loved will always find its way back to you.” I was a surprised COTD on 02/26/2008. Mom campaigned alone for me once and I received my badge 14 days earlier. The COTD badge was a great honor for it represents our life story and the bond between our Mom and our Angel dad (whom we never met). He was an old battered scarred tom cat who captured Mom’s heart. But she couldn’t take him inside, because Mom had a territorial housecat and he was Mom’s soul mate and the great love of her life. When Mom lost both of these loves when they crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on 2005, we came into Mom’s life the day after her mourning and that was how our story began. My COTD badge is a life story itself, and like any story it has a beginning and an end. And, the end of the story was continued by my brother, Herman, when he became a COTD on 03/11/08 with the support from furriends and the Catpaign and Mews Room. Then, Mom surrendered our COTD badges this 04/08/2008 when she said goodbye to our CC friends by deleting our pages. However, the genuine friendships we found here in CC made us returned and we started a new pages without our badges. What a shock to log in this 4/11 to see that one of our COTD badges returned home to us, and it happened exactly one month after Herman got his badge. Seeing me as COTD is the last thing that Mom had in mind so soon, and we hope we didn’t take this COTD badge from anyone who might be self-campaigning on 4/10. Lost a COTD badge once and will return again, just like our Angel dad who helped us find our way to Mom’s home and into her heart. We hope someday that Herman’s badge will find its way back to him, if it’s meant to be someday. In the meantime, we just only want to focus on friendships and giving back to our CC community. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us back to CC. Thank you to everyone who stopped by on this very special day to share this honor with me. And, most of all thank you to all our furrfriends who have supported us and giving us back this wonderful gift.
