THE "SCOOP"- VOTE ANGEL MEI LI 41771 TODAY!!
After much planning and fanfare the Rainbow Bridge Scoop is rolling and gaining momentum! The first edition is on the web and is taking Cat Channel by storm. Several dedicated Angel Kitties spent long hours writing, reporting and distrbuting this "Out of this World" publication and the staff is growing. There are many exciting things to report in this second issue. Mouseball signups are in process and any Angel interested in playing needs to sign up by March 15th. Anyone interested in playing on a Mouse Hockey League team is encouraged to sign up also. If enough interest is shown in a team a "name that team contest is a possibility." Another exciting feature of the last edition of the "Scoop" was Angel Sphinx receiving his "Cat of the Day" badge. This will be a great chance for Angel Kitties to receive their badge and the recognition they so richly deserve. "Way to go Sphinx!!" These are really exciting times for Cat Channel and the Rainbow Bridge Scoop. Until next week, keep looking to the stars and the Rainbow Bridge.

Happy Birthday Sweet Snow Drift
Hope it was fun-filled for you. It's rainy here, yesterday rain & wind, today just rain. Brook by my house is running high & fast. I can't wait for spring, right now I'd settle for sunshine. At least the temp is in the 50's. Been a quiet week here. Momcat is lazy. Her project for today is to clean the refrigerator. Fridge is done, but not yet the freezer, to do that she must empty it & turn it off. (In a while, she thinks!) LOL. She wants to vacuum off the coils also. Hope you had a great birthday!! My Mom read in the newspaper this morning that this is Sleep Awareness Week and that humans average 6.8 hours per night. We cats, on the other hand, sleep up to 16 hours out of 24. I ask you, what is the problem with these humans?:) Sending each of you a little heart shaped pillow for your head when you nap today. BTW, Sam #31019 is having dental surgery today. Juice #56303 (who had the bad accident) will have leg surgery today. Benny #50347 (who had hip socket surgery as a baby) will have his little boy surgery, plus an extra incision, on Thursday. We continue to pray for Baby #18265, who is very ill. Happy Birthday. Come give me a real blog visit when you get a chance. Here is a cut & paste about our day. Hope you are having just a teriffic day. Sorry, but we did not get on CC over the weekend. We had a Friday snow & ice storm to clean up after and it was bitterly cold & momcat was bitterly lazy. Today is just a 'grey on grey' day, but temp is warming to about 50. Momcat did her shopping this morning, but did not bring us any treats, believe me, we checked out the bags...but nothing. So, it was a quiet weekend for us, even if mom did have to shovel & scrape. At least now she says, the income tax is done. Next week me & Midnight go to vet for deep dental cleaning, so she decided this week to catch up on 'herself' chores, like a much needed haircut on Tuesday. P.S. Momcat did the nasty to me & Lil Grey this afternoon, a bath!!!! She rinse us off fully, drys us with towel & put house temp up to 72 degrees. Wetness abounds & Midnight is no where to be found. Purrs & Vote, JujuCome visit me, Midnight.
