My favorite tricks and treats are: Tricks? Me? How undignified. How vulgar. How canine! and Just give me some cantaloupe, please.
Where I hang out: On mom's bed or on the bathroom counter waiting for a drink..
My favorite grubs: I like cantaloupe, muffins and anything my mom is eating. She only lets me taste stuff, not really eat anything. Sometimes when she's got something really good, like turkey, she'll offer me the pickle or something yucky so I'll leave her alone, but she's not foolin' me. I think there's better stuff on that plate.
My pet peeves: I'm a laid back kinda dude. Nothing bothers me. Not the vacuum, not water, not strangers, not kids pulling on my ears or tail. Nothing. (OK. This has to be kept to yourself. I hate vets. They poke me and stick me and hold me down. I hate that. But if you tell her, I'll deny it. I'm not about to lose my yummy medicine just so you can know me better. So kept it quiet, will ya?)
What I love about my owners: She spoils me rotten and doesn't get mad when I empty my tummy onto the carpet.
My cat hobbies: My favorite thing to do is take it easy and give my mom the pleasure of loving me and making me happy. She really does like to do that. When she won't. I like to bug her with my yapping and poke her with my paw. That's fun.

How We Met
Me and several of my new friends were hanging out, when this lady sat down in front of us. What nerve. I went over to tell her she was blocking our view, but she wouldn't listen. I climbed in her lap and yelled "lady move!"
And she did - with me in her arms. I quickly said good-bye to my new friends, cause I knew I'd never see them again. Boy was I lucky, cause now I'm a King!

I hope you are not ill or facing some other tragedy that would keep you off of the Cat Channel for a month and a half. Unless there is some reason for your absence, I will have to replace you two on the Maggie's Marauders team. Of course, since you haven't been signing on, you won't be aware that it is imperative that you write to me. If you find yourself in a position later to have the time to enjoy playing mouse hockey, we can give you priority placement on a team once afgain. If you haven't been inclined to visit the Cat Channel, I am sorry. I see you brought your award to your page, so you must have enjoyed the game when the season started. Oh, Buddy -- Please Write
I have no record of receiving a reply from you to my player survey that I sent out eleven days ago. It is essential that we get individual, team, and group feedback so that we may proceed properly. This is your chance to voice complaints, suggestions, complacency, or total dislike regarding mouse hockey. Without your reply, we have to guess what you're thinking, and we don't really do that well, I'm afraid. Perhaps someone else from your family responded. That doesn't answer the questions about a different team, so you need to reply, as well. It appears that we have several kitties that have signed on, yet they haven't responded, so we wonder if they still have any interest in the game. But it could be that there is some other reason why they haven't replied, such as they couldn't return the survey by the requested date. Better late than never. We NEED to hear from you. PLEASE! We really, really don't want to replace kitties that might like being in the MHL. We want to keep ALL of our players who wish to continue playing. We understand problems, but we need to know if you are having some kind of problem. We will work with you in nearly all cases. Just tell us, please. President Kiwi is aware that there are some teams that are not functioning as effectively as desired. We are in the process of training or making changes to line-ups where necessary. Kiwi asked me to send this brief survey out to team members, so that we may improve all players' enjoyment of the game. Please help us by sending your replies to ME asap, preferably on Monday. Here are the questions: 1.) Are you enjoying mouse hockey and wish to continue playing? 2.) Are you keeping up with team results and your individual performances? 3.) Have you attended any games as they are being posted? 4.) Are you able to navigate around to various sites and leave comments when appropriate? 5.) Is your team captain often in touch with you? 6.) Is there something that your captain or the MHL management can do to improve your hockey experience? 7.) Do you have any other comments or suggestions? ~~~ We are anxious to quickly fix whatever problems we have so that we can all have more fun. It is important that I hear from you right away. Have you ever seen female kitties act like male kitties by spraying???? Do you know that female kitties do this???? Does your female kitty spray whether she is an inside or an outside girl???? This subject was recently brought up and we can tell you for a FACT that FEMALE kitties DO SPRAY. You can't always blame the boys!!!! It doesn't matter if they have been spayed they will still spray. Not all females do it but there are some that do. Some male kitties do as well even if they are neutered. Sissee, Charr and Patch sprays but not all the time. Did you check out the MHL page? Jerseys!! Never thought about them. Maybe they could be the same color as Gryffindor (SP?) certainly not Slytherin. We are playing sometime Monday. It starts at 3 but I think that is PST. Mom forgot to go to last weeks game. That is good because it was the first time Lil and I have ever been on skates. CU Monday!! I'm sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner, but this has been taking a LOT more time than I expected, even with helpers. You and CJ should be hearing from your team captain within the next couple of weeks. You don't need to buy anything. You don't really even need to do anything. However, we will have a weekly schedule of who plays whom and when. The game reporting will all be done on the league home page (#43885), and you are always welcome to be on hand during the game. I am writing to you today about our Mouse Hockey League. Many of your friends have enjoyed playing this new sport with us this past season. Our players are young and old, male and female, and breeds of all types. If you are a live cat, you are eligible. We are expanding the league size this year and are looking for many new kitties to make up the new teams. All games are simulated by computer, so your physical presence is NOT mandatory at game time. Many cats check the game results later to see how their team fared and to check out their personal performance. If you would like your CC membership to be more exciting and are looking for greater interaction with other kitties, mouse hockey may be your answer. New teams are forming NOW. If you are interested, please visit Scamper's page (#39429) for more information. Since Scamper currently has his hands full with early returns by new recruits, I am helping him, for the time being, by sending out more solicitations and organizing the responses, allowing his efforts to be more efficient. If two kitties from your household wish to play, please indicate if they prefer the same team assignment or if they would prefer to compete on separate teams. We will try to accommodate any special requests you may have. We need you and hope you will seriously consider enriching your CC experience by being a part of this activity.
