-:¦:-Hello my Precious Angel Dusty-:¦:- 3/5/13 Today I remember the day God created you to me mine. You were born so we could be together. I was so honored to be your Mom. From the moment we met we had a bond that can never be broken - even though I had to give you back to God over 2 years ago. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. Our life together is being lovingly "celebrated" in 2 scrapbooks in your honor. I had to have "time" to heal somewhat before I could create these - and now this time has come. I feel you near me giving me "joy" as I celebrate pages of our wonderful life together. Yes, many tears have flowed while doing these books, but maybe you also saw the smiles in those tears as I have remembered so much happiness you gave me. You were the cutest tiny kitten when my arms first held you. You had the "face I loved." You grew into that special cat that only comes around once in a million years. I love you Dusty and look forward to the day when God reunites us again. Until that day - I wish you happy 20th Birthday. You'll always be my little JOY boy, Dust. -:¦:-My Precious Angel - 9/3/12-:¦:- -:¦:-2 Years-:¦:- My Precious Dusty: Not a day has gone by since your 2 year passing that I don't miss you. You were my Special Angel and I thank God I was the one appointed to take care of you for 17-1/2 happy years. Dusty, many tears have fallen and continue to fall. I miss you. You must hear me telling you "I Love You", as I'm driving around FL. I do this when I see beautiful cloud formations or a glorious sunset. I say this when I feel a gentle breeze outside. I'm so sad without your physical presence - hearing your meow and cuddling into your purr. I would move Heaven and Earth to have One More Day with you. I'm comforted in knowing that someday we will be together again! Until that wonderful day, you are still the JOY of my HEART. To honor you, Dusty and Tuffy, I received another Gentle Natured kitty, who has your coloring, little pink nose, and Tuffy's face and body that goes limp when I pick her up. Laci is a combination of you and precious Tuffy, and everyday brings me the joy/love you both did. I will create a memorial scrapbook for you, Dusty, this Fall and will reminisce about our special time together. I think I can finally do this without feeling so down and depressed. Taking my heart, you and ran with it for 17-1/2 years. What beautiful memories we made together. Your devotion to me was amazing, my Gentle Giant. Thank you for being there for me Dusty. Our time went by so fast and I would move heaven and earth to be able to spend One More Day with you. I've lost count of all the sad days. Tears flowed when I'd see your "gray streaks" in the house, formations of "cat-like looking clouds, " in the "gentle breezes" by your grave, or just when I'd just say your name. All year long, I realized you were trying to comfort me through these revelations. Dusty, my tears honor you. Now without you, my life seems less complete and a huge piece of my heart left when you did. I'm praying that someday we will be united and be together in forever happiness. I know my prayer will be answered and look forward to this heavenly meeting. I know you're running fast and strong with a piece of my heart bound up in your forever. PLEASE VOTE ANGEL DUSTY #54460 COTD SAT 4/23 Most of you know the Florida Fab Four, a wonderful group of kitties who hail from the Florida panhandle. One of these special kitties, Dusty, was his Mom’s pride and joy. The best description of the special relationship between Dusty and his Mom comes directly from his profile page. Each gives his/her own perspective… “From Dusty: Mom has been my best friend. She's kind, patient, and very loving. I'm so glad she's mine and we've shared all these years together. She has made my life the best! I was around a long time to give her love, sandpaper kisses and many purrs. From Mom: Dusty is a loyal faithful companion who has blessed my life with so much love. He's precious and has claimed my heart. I'm honored and blessed to be the Mom to this Gentle Giant. Life with Dusty has made the journey sweeter.” Dusty lived for over 17 years with his furever family after joining them as a wee kitten. September 3, 2010 was one of the saddest days of his Mom’s life as she had to give her Angel back to God after Dusty’s weakened body could no longer go on. Now Dusty is carrying on his “Gentle Giant” status as an Angel at the Rainbow Bridge. This weekend is a very special one as we celebrate Easter and the promise that although life on earth comes to an end, there is a special place where our loved ones go to wait for us to someday join them. Life with your presence and loving moments has made my journey so much sweeter. You sensed when I was happy, sad, and very lonely. You were a Gentle Giant your whole life. To our Brother Dusty Dusty you've reached a milestone birthday today and we're thrilled. Dusty, you were the first one to start Mom on the road to rescuing strays. You were Amber's little boy when you joined our family. Now you're our wise big brother. A year after you came into our lives, your brother Tuffy arrived as a sick little kitten. Mom took him in, doctored him back to health, and decided he was to be your brother. Altho you two have never done much together - you grew up together and are special. When I arrived almost 4 years ago, I took right away to your gentle nature. I still do and love to lay by you, rub up against you, and will let you, and only you, wrestle with me. I love you. I feel safe in your presence. When Fuzz arrived 3 years ago into our family, it was interesting because he instantly knew he needed to respect you. He sensed in you a calm spirit and a gentle way. He doesn't pick on you (like he does me) and allows you to be King of this home. It's been a pleasure purring with you on a daily basis. You are Mom's heart and my precious brother. I hope to live the wonderful long life you have in this loving home and pray you'll be with us for many more years. Thanks for all you mean to us!!
