Education: She has stolen our heart! Etta made her COTD on 11/21/08. We are very proud of our baby! Etta has the sweetest meow I have ever heard, she sounds like a human baby girl cry, its amazing. Shes a very gentle creature.
My favorite tricks and treats are: Gets up on hind legs & tries to grab food from my hands gently. Wakes me up before alarm goes off. and Fresh Turkey, love fancy feast minced turkey.
Where I hang out: Moms bed, the sofa by the window, the computer.Curled up with Dex
My favorite grubs: Iams adult and anything Mom or Daddy are eating. Shes's very spoiled !
My pet peeves: none, except I would like to go outside from time to time and Mom says "No Way "! I dont like the sound of the vacuum or the washing machine
What I love about my owners: She feeds me, took time to make me feel comfortable with her. She loves me. She plays blankey monster with Dex and me. Everyday is a special day with Mom.
My cat hobbies: Sit with Mom or any family member, kneading on Mom or Daddy, plays with her fishing pole. I love to play with the laser light, chase aluminum balls, running thru my carpeted cat house chasing Dex. Jumping on the kitchen counters to see what is up there to smell or eat. Chewing on Moms silk trees.

How We Met
She is Dexters sister. She is very scared & wouldnt come to me. I would leave the food, she would eat it. Over much time & with much persistent coaxing she came close to me, after even more time had passed she let me momentarily she *let* me pet her, & amazingly after much, much more time & sweet talking , feeding she ALLOWED me pick her up! Shes a very loving creature.

for the speedy recovery of your mommy's aunt! we know that prayers will do the work, as sometimes it takes a bit of time, but she will get better soon! janet had to work the entire holiday weekend, so has today and tomorrow off and should've worked in the garden but got up on the wrong side of the bed and has improved a bit and now is starting to get the itchy finger to get up instead of sitting here for hours blogging and doing email. lower 90s and high humidity yesterday and a repeat performance again today with a better chance of bad boomers later on through tomorrow morning. sandy, ana, angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

"Mikey's Meow-velous Mothers" - May 28
Yesterday we met two Thomases, today let me introduce you to two Angels. One is black, one is white, one is a friend from CC and the other we have only met thorough the Animal Rescue Site. Each of them found that special person to be an Angel to them!
Angel #1: ANGEL BOOBOO #216193 was just a tiny little kitten, four weeks old, when she crossed paths with some very mean and uncaring children who tossed her in the air, poked her and then left her for dead. Luckily, along came a kind man who was amazed to find the little bundle still alive. He gathered her up, took her home, and cleaned her up. He and his wife tried to nurse her back to health, and it looked like she was going to recover. She started to put on weight, purr, and to enjoy cuddling and climbing on her new human friends. But a long life together was not to be, and after only two weeks in her loving new home Angel BooBoo crossed the Rainbow Bridge in the arms of her loving human “Angel”.
Angel # 2: One day a woman was walking along the sidewalk and noticed a little white kitten following her. She picked it up and took it back to the house it seemed to belong to, where there were a few other little white kittens in the yard. As she walked away, she noticed the kitten following her again. After bringing the little furrball back home for the fourth time, she knocked on the door and tried to hand the persistent kitten to the woman who answered. To her shock, she was told she might as well take the kitten home, because they had plans to drown the unwanted litter!
Well, she did not have to be told twice. She took the little kitten home and called the SPCA to rescue the others. The little white kitten was given the name ANGEL not only because of his colour, but because he brought help to his brothers and sisters and enabled them all to find forever homes.
