How We Met
Raven was the 1 of 2 of all black cats in the litter then one of the black cats got ran over. I felt sorry for the other one (raven)so i took her home and she has been MY cat ever since and she loves it here. The other cats which were white and black my aunt was going to keep.

HELLO RAVEN, MY NAME IS RHOAMIN. I SEE YOU'VE BEEN GONE FOR ALMOST A YEAR BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD LEAVE YOU THIS MESSAGE AND A VOTE ANYWAYS. YOU NEVER KNOW, YOU MAY GET IT AND COME BACK. I HOPE TO SEE YOUR VISIT TO ME SOON. Since CC & DC wasn't working yesterday morning, mom shut the computer down after checking all her emails then she got that noisy machine out that picks up the dirt off the rugs and floor and most of us scat. Sissee likes that thing and Pappoose doesn't mind it as long as it's not by her. Let me tell you something and that is that vacuum really SUCKS!!!! Tehehehe!!!! After mom got done with that, she cleaned the bathroom and then did what little dishes there were while dad took Carly for a walk. Speaking of Carly, for those who have wondered how she is, well she's such a big mouth when she barks. The worst is when she has that high screeching bark. That's the one that usually clears us out!!!! After the housework mom did very little gardening as it was hot by that time. That heat sure zaps it out of all of us. After mom's and dad's Bible study then the four of them went to eat out at Izzy's. The day was shot and we finally got on the computer around 6 PM. The temperature reached 92 at our house yesterday. Today is suppose to be about 85. The windows in the kitchen, front room and the bedroom one to the cattery were all left opened all night and fans were left on, too. The weather man said we broke record highs. Death Valley, CA was 107 and Roseburg, OR was 105 (which is about a 45 minute drive south of us). Dad's going to go have fun with his nephew today. They are going to go in the hills looking for a good hunting place. OMG!!! Mom also took Bahneetah and Pappoose for a short ride around the neighborhood yesterday together, too!!! I (Rhoamin) almost forgot to tell you. When they got back I was talking to mom and she asked me if I wanted to go well I just walked away. NO WAY FOR ME!!! Another Party!

Raven, My whole world is being turned upside down!!! Our computer is in the living room, all our toys are gone and our play center is in the kitchen We can’t even find a comfy place to sleep because they removed all the furniture from the bedrooms They got angry and even ripped the carpet from the floor and threw it out a window! What a mess and I deserve better than a hard splintery floor with tack strips along the edges!!! I overheard mom tell dad that tomorrow, she is going to lock Kinser and I in a room downstairs so we can not escape!!! I have no idea what they are doing, but I do know it better stop soon!! It appears that our humans have gone crazy!! Here is a vote from us!! Come visit me, "Onyx" & "Kinser".

Hi the new kittens are actually being very good but they like to play. Noah is 13 weeks old and Jasmine is 5 months old. We all love to play but the babies sure have alot more energy! Hi Raven! How have you been? It was so rainy & cloudy here today. No sun for bathing & not many critters to watch at the feeders. Just had to sleep all day! Alex helped Mom plant more grass seeds for us although he ate some of the seeds off of the counter before she could get them planted! It was nice to hear from you! Purrs!!! Our Grandma (Mom's Mom) has been in the hospital so Mom hasn't been around very often to help me. Thank you so much for the mouse. I love mice! I have a favorite grey one who has no tail, no eyes or ears, & is bald on his back. Mom helps me find him when he gets lost. I had a great celebration with tuna & sardines for dinner! Hi Raven. Sorry I haven't written to you in a while but what a crazy week last week with mom's refrigerator going out and they had to get a new one. Mom has also been sick so she hasn't been spending too much time on the computer. Can you believe in just 4 days we bring little Jasmine and Noah home! Check out my new pictures mom took today. Heya, Raven! Me has been TRYING to get mum OFF the computer long enough for me to paw a miaow to you! Today's me chance! Mum is SOOOO excited and is busy preparing FEVERISHLY for St. Patrick's Day this week end! There are all KINDS of paper decorations covering ALL our wee apartment walls ~~ shamrocks and leprechauns and 4-leaf clovers and Erin-Go-Brough signs! She's put green food colouring in the table water fountain! All the towels and linen are changed out for green. She's got tea and beer and even the drinking water in me DISH dyed green. She's got the poems and the blessings and the songs down PAT [so to speak! LOL!] She's got Irish Cream Liquer in the cabinet! And she's making pan-fried salmon with sorrel, apple and scallion relish for dinner, in addition of COURSE to Irish potato soup and Irish scones! Wanna come down to celebrate? Hi Raven. Everything is good with us, except when you're Top Cat, at least if you're with our Ma-Ma, she'll still comb your hair and make you go in the stroller even when you whine and sulk. Raven! Of course I figured you were a black cat. Only my mother would name a white cat raven. I mean, look at our names for heaven sake - dumbo, bandit nudnik and me , poor coke - I'm lucky she didn't name me 7UP or Pepsi, she did have antoher name in mind (can't remember what) but dad stopped her. I think it was astray, but since Im not a stray, he said no way. Besides, it had to be fancy, they were registering me with the CFA so it couldn't be a real dummy of a name. Happy Birthday Raven, sorry it is late!! What did you do? Did you get treats, Cake, new toys or just hang out being loved?We wanted to share this story with our friends!!!Dad has uniforms that he wears to work and he takes the dirty ones back to work with him after he wears it. Well we hid one of our fuzzy mice, (we call them oodies) in the leg of his dirty uniform. When he got to work, it fell out of the pant leg onto the FLOOR!!!! His co-workers laughed and laughed at him and made funny remarks ALL DAY!!!! He told mom that he was the laughing stock of work!!! We like to surprise him every once in a while and give him something to remember us by when he is at work :) :) He said that from now on he will have to shake his clothes out before he leaves the house! Mom can't help but wonder how many oodies have gone undetected and accually made it to the uniform places washing machines!! Luvs, Nix Come visit me, "Onyx" & "Kinser".
