Do you know that a simple vaccuming without the use of chemical could kill 96% of adult fleas and 100% of young fleas? That’s the finding of the study conducted by the Ohio State University and published in the journal Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata. But before you stop using those carpet powder flea control products, you should also know that the result of the study was partially funded by Royal Appliance Manufacturing Company. ...for your support and vote when I unexpectedly got my COTD badge last Tuesday. Since I got my badge sooner and not on my b-day, I get to celebrate 15 days of birthday instead of one. How lucky is that? I am very sure that my feline dad from the Rainbow Bridge is looking down on me with pride and joy. Thank you again. I would have never gotten the COTD badge, if it were not for the support of my friends like you. Through this badge, I was able to share the story of how we came into Mom's life. Mom truly believe that we didn't come to her by accident, rather, it was the love of my feline dad from the Rainbow Bridge that helped us found our way to Mom's home and to her heart, who at that time has just lost her beloved cat to cancer. To your human parents: Treasure every moments you have with your beloved pet(s). A heart that is loved remembers the bond even in after life, and will find its way back to you if you open your heart and believe in miracle. Although March 10 is still far, days can go by like lightning when we are napping and snoring contentedly, have food and toys waiting for us, and a human hands to lovingly pet us. Hello Jake. This is Apple. I’m gathering support from my friends and prospective friends to please vote for me on March 10th for COTD the next day which is my birthday (and also Herman’s b-day). Although March 11 is not exactly our birthdate, the vet assumed that we were born in March. As some of you who have already read the “How We Met” story in my page, we came to our Mom’s life on the day after her beloved cat passed away to cancer. Since the vet assumed that we were born in March, Mom felt that it would be fitting to pick the 11th as our birthday because it was the blackest day of her life when the vet found a tumor on her beloved cat who only lived for 2 months and 5 days.
