Long time, no meow! Are you having a good summer? It's been a rainy one here. We're finally getting some nice weather. In fact, this is day #10 without rain! I've been doing a lot of hunting. I brought a mouse to the door for Mom the other night, but she wasn't very impressed. She wouldn't even let me bring it into the house to show the others. I don't understand why! I don't like the snow and cold much either and I spend more time inside during the winter. But I really like spending nights outside during the summer, especially when it's really hot! Mom said she saw a kitty today who looked a lot like you, but she was a polydactyl with really big feet! Hope you have a great upcoming weekend, and be careful out there! Purrs, Wally

I didn't know you went outside--I thought you were an inside kitty. Just be careful out there when you stay out all night. I've learned to stay away from things like racoons and skunks, but I've been known to tangle with other kitties! Hope you're staying cool this weekend--it's still really hot and humid here. We've had them every day for the past week, and I hate them. I hide under the bed until all the booming stops! Mom doesn't like them either. my mother darling's father always takes me upstairs after a comepletely EXHAUSTING day of avoiding patches and hair brushing and eating grass and...well the list goes on and on...anyway, we just sit up there and watch dear Jim West and Arte(mis) and their daring escapades to stop the infamous "dr.lovelace" and all that.
personally, i like it when daddy just brushes me and pets me while i lay on his lap.

I know I have a lot of kitties in my house. Mommy gives each of use all the time we need. She truely loves us. She also feeds and loves all the strays in the neighborhood.

Good to hear from you. Did you have a good Memorial Day weekend? I've been outside most of the day. I took a nap on the deck, but it got kind of warm, so I found a nice shady spot under the lilac bush. Long time, no meow! I went outside yesterday and wandered away, so Mom had to search for me. She found me in one of the outbuildings on one the rafters. I was hissing at her one minute, meowing loudly the next, and I finally came down and jumped into her arms. I get very frightened when I get very far away from the house, especially if one of the neighbor cats is around! I feel much safer when I'm inside like you! Purrs, Mickey

Nice to hear from you. Have you had enough rain yet? Boy, could we use some here in California. Mom thinks it's odd we are so close to the ocean and it doesn't rain. Even the weeds are drying up. We just moved from Texas and it was so humid there, the mold would grow on your fur if you stayed out too long.
