Hi Marsh
How are you today?. I hope all is well. It doesn't feel as hot as it has been, so I'll be able to sit in the window on bird patrol longer today. My mom has this flying bird toy that she spins around and it makes a noice like feathers fluttering. I jump at is for a bit, this makes her feel good, but I know it isn't a real bird. Thank You For Helping Gibson Get His COTD Badge!
A huge thank you to all of you who voted for me for COTD! The response was overwhelming! It was great to meet many of you for the first time. I love how many new friends I have made! It pays to be popular! You have all made my day! Thank you for all of the handsome comments too....they made me blush! I am a shy guy, but secretly revel in compliments! Also thank you for saying how cute the freckle on my nose is. I have always been shy about that, but now I know that it is a-okay! Mom made Mac N Cheese for lunch to celebrate, and rumour has it that I will be getting a taste of the whipped cream off dad's birthday cake too! PLUS we are getting Fancy Feast for supper! Talk about a celebration! I don't think mom and dad had this much fantastic food at their wedding! It is party central in our household!

Fidel Offers A Tribute to Those that Rescue Cats!
DEAR MARSH!...In tribute to those cat lovers who have taken in neighborhood cats, rescued feral cats or adopted shelter kitties in need of a loving furever home, we offer this short poem: "R is for Rescue! He came in muddy and covered with mites. He was skinny and hungry and scarred from fights. Now he's plump and sassy and smug and sleek. He owns the house. It took a week!"~(M is for Meow: A cat Alphabet by Helen L. Wilbur)...We have had the joy of being a member of the CC community of cat lovers since early February 2007.
