What I love about my owners: They did all they could to keep me alive when I was sick and loved me unconditionally- .

My cat hobbies: Play with my sister and chase birds were my favorites

Pet motto: I got my unusual name from my Dad whose grandma had a cat named Ditbum. At first when mom brought me home dad didn't want me but I was so lovable he soon loved me as much as mom. One day because I was breathing really hard mom took me to the vet and then to a kitty heart doctor and they told her I had inherited a big fancy name for heart disease. They said there was hope and put me on lots of pills, 5 a day. I couldn't play with my sister anymore or chase birds without getting really tired. When I went in for my 3 month checkup the heart doctor said my lungs were floating in fluid and the meds weren't helping. Rather than let me suffer and have such a poor quality of life it was decided to put me to sleep.

I still miss Ditbum everyday, he was only 8 months old when we had to let him go and it broke my heart. I still have his sister Sedona but worry everyday she will get sick too.
