Hello Lady Persephone,
My dad was reading to us from a book of Cat History, and when he came to the egyptian part, I thought of you. Some people believe that the cats got their name (Mieu or Mew) from the term for the moon (mau) because their eyes glowed like the moon. I think it's much simpler than that. The egyptians simply named the cats for what they said mew, mew, meow.
Dad says that acedemics often miss the obvious when they develop a theory. Any way you are a beautiful cat and I thought I'd share my theory with you.

The person I came from said I was a Maine Coon, but I look a lot like you! Except smaller and a bit lighter colored! Weird! Hello just thought we would stop by and visit you for a few..My mommy thinks you look alot like me.So you must be pretty.I am the second to the youngest in my family.I have three older sisters an a younger one.Witch I love to chace up and down the hallway.The oldest one Fluffy don't do much but lay around and sleep an clean herself so I leave her alone But I play with my other sisters.
