Education: When I was crying he would come up and touch his paw to my face and meow to try to get me to stop. He didn't like to see anyone upset.
When I would take walks he would follow me throught the woods and then come running up the road when he had to catch up if I got too far ahead. We lived in the country at the time and there was little car traffic on the roads to worry about.
My favorite tricks and treats are: I could bring down a fly in mid flight with one paw! and I would eat anything!
Where I hang out: On the bed at mommy's feet.
My favorite grubs: I wasn't picky. I would eat whatever was put in front of me.
My pet peeves: Getting my nails clipped, being brushed.
What I love about my owners: She put up with my bad habits of shredding and getting bit up by the local wildlife. When I became sick with kidney problems, she took such good care of me. I crossed over the Bridge on November 30, 1998. My mommy says I took a chunk out of her heart that will never be replaced.
My cat hobbies: Shred cardboard and paper, bird watching, go for walks with mommy, take care of mommy when she was having tough times.
Pet motto: Don't walk ahead of me, Don't walk behind me, Just walk beside me and be my friend.

How We Met
My mommy was able t have a cat after living in apartments and dorms for years. There was a litter born in the neighborhood and she chose me because she said I seemed to be the most loveable and outgoing. She was right!

Hey Angel Silver!
I think it is very important to remember friends on their crossing dates. We have four angel kitties in our family. They will always be very dear to us too. Mom is really late tonight getting on to vote. Fortunately she is wide awake so we hope to answer lots of blogs. She went to a Christmas Vesper service at the Moravian Church tonight. She goes every year. It is such a powerful service. Since the church is only a mile away she walks over & back as parking is horrendous. There were 1000 people in the church. brrrrr Was a tad chilly walking over & back. Almost freezing. Guess that's why she is wide awake! MOL. Leaving a vote. Peace & love. Have a purrfect evening. You are very welcome for our visit. We always try to honor the angel kitties, cuz we know how much our pawrents miss us. No matter how old, or young we are, or how sudden or lingering the crossing is, it's never easy for them. Nine motorcycles quietly glide …
… by to pay respects to Angel Silver on his crossing anniversary. It’s the Hairballz Rainbow Riders, Zoe Monique, Cyndee, Thundie, Lola, Mallow, Ammie, Talley, Kali and Dasher. They keep their engines quiet because they know even though it has been quite some time since Silver has become an Angel, he is still missed by his family (especially his mom). Honorary Members Angel Doodlebug and Angel Yum Yum are friends with Angel Silver and have given him motorcycle rides through the clouds. Angel Silver is amazed at this! The Hairballz Rainbow Riders wave to Angel Silver as they glide down the highway to their next destination. They know Angel Silver is always right by his sweet mom’s side, especially when he sees her get upset. To this day he still places his angel paw on her cheek when she is crying and lightly meows until she stops.

already getting hot out there!
