My one cat passed away and I saw Gio at a local shelter. He had a bad eye like my cat that passed and he reminded me of him.

Hi everybody
It's me Gio! I do have a new page in the newest part of my life! I am now at #209850, please come and see me! I'm doin good, I got a new family that loves me and my new momma spoils me alot! My new family is Angel, she's sweet to me and a skinny little rescue girl, Aussie the big doggie, but he's OK, think he's a little afraid of me MOL! and Rowdy the other pup that wants to play all the time and you know I can't be bothered playin with a DOG! Then there is Kiki, she is Angel's daughter and what a pistol! She hisses at me but I just ignore her, MOL! I can pretty much do what I want, I like to sleep with mom, me on one side and Angel on the other & the doggies at the bottom! Kiki watches from the dresser! I still hear from Ammi & Bennie & Indy & Kato so all is well! I miss my mommy Kathy alot, but I landed in a good place thanks to all our CC pals! Come and see me on my new page and meet Angel too! Congratulations on your COTD!
How did the melamine poisoning effect your cat friends in 2007? Two of my deceased cats had all of the symptoms. Do we want cats to die from cat food again?
We have a great opportunity! The FDA is currently taking public comments on preventative controls on food safety.
We have a great danger!!! The FDA website states they are ONLY testing the food which originated in Japan. Our danger surpasses the 10% of tuna imported from Japan! Every summer, albacore, big eye and bluefin tuna from Hawaii and the US West Coast migrate to offshore near the Fukishima nuclear plant (Where TEP dumped radioactive water). Some US cat food contains fish from the Philippines and Taiwan on the same current.
As a mother of two deceased cats which suffered from melamine poisoning, I am asking you to do my a favor…..
Please ask the FDA to add controls and expand testing for radiation of fish from the Pacific Ocean before it enters cat food by sending an e-mail to FSMA@fda.hhs.gov AND, please, please, please sign our online petition at Cat POW

I meant to come by yesterday to catgratulate you but Mom Did not get finished with our friends again. We also would like you to know how Sorry we are about Mom Kathy. Our Mom did not hear until yesterday and it made her very sad. We will miss you guys and your mommy greatly. I hope she sees our human brother up there if she does tell her to say hello for us! The temperature was high 57 & low was 40 this morning, now it's 56 with humidity 47% & wind is 13 MPH. Thursday's suppose to be Morning Showers & High 55.
