Whoops,my mistake!! But I still like it! My mom tried putting a sweater on me once and I took it off all by my-self-every time!She don;t put it on me any more.

We three cats are a family of rescue kitties from Stockton,CA. On CC, we are part of the Catpaign & Mews Room Team that helps to support COTD catpaigns for longtime active kitties on CC. CC is a community of kind and caring kitties from all over the planet. We usually do the COTD catpaign on Wednesdays and we like to look for newer kitties to include in our delivery of CC news. 13 year old Charlie #72389, our special COTD candidate for Wed. August 20th, lives the life of leisure in his senior kitty years! However, it wasn't always the cat's meow for Charlie. In his own meow, this is Charlie’s Story: "I honestly thought I was going to die! There I was, alone, abandoned by the other people who professed to love me and only 1 year old. I was scared, hungry, and in the dark! I was left in a closed box on a stair well in the apartment building where I once lived. I couldn’t get out of the box and I didn’t think anyone would hear me! But, then he came… The first thing I heard was his friendly, gentle voice, then I saw a face that matched the voice. I knew at that moment, that I had found my forever family! At first it was just Daddy, the dog, and me. Then Dad married my mom and I had more family to love me! Now, it was Dad, Mom, big sister, doggie Nero, and Silver and Homer (who are now angel kitties). Can you believe my luck! Out of all the people who could have taken that box, fate chose Dad to rescue me. It’s been 12 years since then, the happiest years of my life! I am a roast beef addict! My mom goes to the supermarket and buys extra roast beef for me every week. I also like to sunbathe daily. I also like to be held and cuddled and snuggled and I don’t mind if they sing to me, either!
