Congratulations! Your NHL player has been selected to participate in the 2012 ALL STAR GAME . The NHL draft of which team you will play on is Thursday Jan. 26. The NHL Skills competition is Saturday Jan 28 and the NHL ALL STAR game is Sunday Jan. 29th.
The MHL game day and skills competition will be announced after discussion with the executive committee. We may be able to play it that Sunday.

I hope you won't mind me blogging to you...every kitty blogs to Buddy in your family and so I thought I'd be different, is that alright??? i hope so!

Happy mid week!!! Mom called it "hump day" cause on WED you get over the hump...what hump??? Do you see a hump?? What is a hump anyway??? MOL

We had a dreary gray day and sprinkles on and off...no big rain though and it sure was foggy out. We spent the day sleeping as it was too grey to do anything else. It was in the low 50's and we are gonna be in the 40's all weekend. No white snowy Christmas for us!

When mom came home she had this box from Cincinnati and she opened it up and put things in our stockings and gave us the box...we spend 30 minutes sniffing it out and now we know why...the card said that Snickie & Tweetie and 1 other cat was in the box...

That was my day...what was your day like??? Hopefully you were dry and sunny!

I am close to you in weight...last visit to my vet I was 16.7 pounds...mom says I am very heavy and her legs go numb when I sit on her lap....MOL!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating...I love to eat and I will beg mom for her food right after I eat my own...hey why not...what else does a cat have to do besides sleep??/ Sleep & Eat and Eat & Sleep...what a life!

Guess what happened to us today??? It was pouring rain and the wind was really lashing around out there and our power went out at 10am...of course we called mom at work to let her know and she told us to stay calm as there was nothing she could do about it...MOL

Mom knew the power went out cause the hardware store and the other resturant across the street was out, too....some of the customers where mom works came in and told everyone they called DTE and the lights would be on in a few hours...

Mom came home at 4pm and they were still out, so mom lit the oven in the kitchen and we all gathered there for the warmth from the oven...mom also lit her Hurricane oil lamp...the lights came on at 5pm.

We are supposed to get 1-3" of snow tomorrow and the wiinds might calm down...mom hopes so as we all hate the winds.

I am a big eater. I will clean my plate and clean Kelsee's too if she leaves any food in it and I'll eat anything any kity leaves.

Mom was sure mad at us today. Evidently one of us took a pee on the kitchen floor next to her sack of potatoes and mom let loose...she said "OK you da** cats, I'm gonna take you all to the shelter or find new homes for all of you...Winston, you can go and stay with Brina, Jesse & Kelsee you can go stay with Tweetie & Snick, and I'll keep Kali as her b/f is gone...Now stop peeing on mny floor, I have to eat these potatoes" We all ran and hid under her bed, then she actually had the nerve to bring out that floor monster and scare us again...

Then mom sat down and watched Tv for a bit and started working on a box for her bathroom, then she went shopping and got us each a toy....

About an hour after she yelled at all of us, Kelsee jumped in her lap and mom wiped her eyes and petted her...so i guess we are all staying here with mom after all...Phew, we were worried for awhile that she was gonna send us away....

Not sure who peed on the floor, but we should never do it again....I think it was Jesse or Winston cause us girls wouldn't do that...and mom never seen the perp of the crime...MOL!!!

Hope your day was better then ours was....did you get yelled at, too???

Mom was so tired by the time MHL came around, she totally furgot...won;t happen again...please furgiver us. We try very hard to please all our friends.

I know how you feel...The 1st night of MHL we couldn't be thefre as mom had an emotional meltdown and couldn't stop crying and when we went to read the blogs later, we were not even mkissed either...only Lily and Shadow missed us cause Angel Shadow is on their team....it is sad..

We are very sorry we furgot you...next time you need a ride we will take you, even if mom has to write a sticky note on her laptop.

OK, be ready by 7pm. We will take you along. We are going tomorrow night. We didn't go last night cause mom had an emotional meltdown and she spent 3 days in tears, she is finally alright today.

Mom finished our apt. it is all done, can you believe it, it took mom almost 2 months to get it all painted, but she finihsed it today...mom is happy to finally have it done. She is relaxing right now an d watcvhing the WINGS...tonight we play Colorado...we won our 1st season game last night at home against the Ottowa Senators, 5/3.

We are having a string of beautiful days here, it has been in the 70's and we are supposed to be in the 80's by the weekend, and all next week more 70's and 80's...who could ask for better weather???

We are getting set for Mouse Hockey this weekend...Can't believe it is Hockey time again, Baseball is still going on.

Our Tigers are playing tonight in NY agajnst the Yankees again and if they lose, they go home, if they win, they go to round 2 of the playoffs.

Momma is almost done painting our apt. She will finally be all done this weekend, all she has left is the one wall in the living room and the baseboard and trim...our entire apt. looks very nice now.

Congrats on the 2nd preseason win, but we got you 1st time ...MOL. So far, we have split each team we have played in preseason...we beat OC once and they beat us last night. Our next opponent is Toronto.

Mom understands, she has all of us in different teams and has a hard time keeping up, but she only does edits for KCK and keeps tracks of the scores for the other teams is all. I bet it is a lot easier for all kitties in 1 family to be on one team.

We have another rainy afternoon...4 days in a row now we have had riany afternoons...geesh, we thought the rain was for Spring and not the Autumn.
