Education: Tuna has overcome many fears from her past. She is a healer and has helped mommy and daddy in their relationship.

My favorite tricks and treats are: Gift of patience has taught her to catch hummingbirds. and Catnip

Where I hang out: On top of mommy's grandfather's bookcase. She feels safe and powerful from up there.

My favorite grubs: Greens-fresh cat grass and catnip, and distilled water from decorative fountain.

My pet peeves: Tuna does not like loud energy. She doesn't like people coming on too strong. She hates it when little brother Snafu plays rough with her. She thinks he's "rambunctious".

What I love about my owners: I love how gentle my daddy is with me. We love to snuggle!

My cat hobbies: Stay still for long periods of time and stare down like a gargoyle. Meditation on mommy's lap...and nap time in daddy's arms wrapped around in a baby's blanket. And stare out the window at birds...She loves chirping at them. And finally, she loves doing what big sister Belle does...classic case of "copy cat".

How We Met

We looked for Tuna in the pound in Bellflower, CA because we didn't want Belle to be alone. Belle had helped mommy babysit a kitten for the summer, but the kitten had to go back home. Mommy was worried that after the summer when work began that Belle would feel lonely...So daddy, and nephew, Andy gravitated towards Tuna due to her unusual looks, warm nature, and cuddle purrrs. Tuna and Belle are best of friends that they forgot they are almost a year apart. They believe they are twins.
