Results on renal failure come today. taking drastic measures would only put Tuffy through too much stress. It has been a week of highs and lows, happiness and deep sadness. If I have omitted someone in error, please let me know.....
The Rainbow Bridge welcomed a new Angel, Roxie #151433 on Nov. 29.
ET #147060 has been taken off her treatments as they were not helping. Her family cherishes each day they have with her.
Pepper #125654 has her good days and her bad days, and her family is grateful for each day she is with them.
Tigger #82433 is eating a little more and doing better. Her family is hoping her appetite will return to normal soon after all her shots are over.
Several of our CC pawrents have undergone or are about to undergo serious treatments or surgery, and we pray for healing for them all: Snowflake’s Mom #10546; Beacon’s Mom #96770; (Angel) Elvis’ Mom #107253; Simba’s Mom 16612.
Spookie’s Dad #87879 is doing better and beginning to walk a little again; Little Bit’s Mom #82473 fell down the stairs but is all right. Her MS is a little worse, and next year they may need to move to a house without stairs.
Heaven welcomed home Jim Chandler, the Dadcat of the Sunshine Gang. While we all are still mourning his sudden and unexpected loss, there is happy mews about his Gang Missy, Taz, Ole Gray and Zippi: Jim’s daughter Nicole will be moving into his home with her own kitteh and doggie, and maintaining The Gang’s furever home. We know Jim is smiling down on all of us today, and we are grateful to have had him in our lives.

Hello, kittehs! Did you know? Edward Lowe invented “kitty litter” in 1947 at the request of a neighbor whose cat was leaving paw prints all over the house from the ashes she had used in its box. In 1964 he created the TidyCat brand of kitty litter.

PLEASE continue to pray for Tigger #82433, who is still having accidents, not eating very well, and losing weight. She may need to return to vet the end of this week if no improvement. Mom is going to try baby food in hopes Tigger will eat better.

PLEASE KEEP ET #147060 IN YOUR PRAYERS. ET was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the sinuses over a month ago and although she appeared to be feeling worse initially, once we started her treatments, she's really perked up. Our vet is trying a treatment that has been FDA approved for another type of cancer so this is just a 'last ditch effort' for ET. She seems to feel better than she did and her appetite has certainly improved. With that said, we still don't know how long her quality of life will last but we'd appreciate any thoughts and prayers.

UPDATE FROM KALI #65390: her dad now has stage 2 pneumonia with the H1N1 flu and is on antibiotics and must stay home all week. Please pray for his complete recovery, and pray for his very worried family.

UPDATE FROM TIMMY #8851: Monday Mom has dr. appt regarding mass in her thyroid; the 30th is the appt. for the epidural in her neck. Hopefully after that she can find out if she also needs surgery on her hand(s) as now both are bothering her to the point she is having trouble feeling the fingers. It takes her twice as long to do something. Please keep her in your prayers.
UPDATE FROM ELVIS #107253. His Mom was told by the neurologist her brain lesions could be caused by things other than MS and will perform a spinal tap Monday, Nov. 23. Please keep her in your prayers.
UPDATE ON MIKKI #103306. She has been eating and is going for a recheck at the vet today, then will be able to be free of her kennel, where she had been staying to keep her calm and comfortable. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.
PRINCESS KALI’S DAD #65390 May have H1N1 flu; was told by doctor to continue staying home 24 hours after his fever has broken. Please keep him in your prayers.

“Mom goes for the endoscopy on Friday and first week of Dec. for the PAD (leg vein Dr.). Trying to fit it all in with taking care of her Dad who is almost a skeleton now. Yet he is doing very well under the circumstances of the pancreatic cancer. God's grace and mercy. Most people would be on the morphine by now. New grandbaby is due after Thanksgiving but daughter-in-law has the pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure) again and must stay off her feet. Her first child will be 2 on the 22nd. Happy Thanksgiving to you all out there!!! Blessings, INKY”
