How We Met
I went to the shelter to get a companion for my cat Charlie. I picked up several kitties before I found Dino. He was the one who purred the most, and I absolutely love him!

♥ Mom is pleased to know so many has praised her for the news interview she did on our Aunt Samantha, Daphne and in hopes of future cats and pets from needless attacks and killings from vicious dogs. Mom also says Thank You for the compliments of her and of us now FAMOUS HOLLYWOOD KITTIES!!!! Tehehehe!!!! Passing out our PAWDAGRAPHS to you!!!!
A L E R T!!!! Officer Barry of Animal Control just stopped by before his shift ended to let mom & dad know they have NOT confonscated the 2 Pit Bulls as the owners has not been home so now mom will continue to worry.
♥ Mom did take us outside in the front yard this morning for about a half hour. She pulled out that forever long green snake that I love to attack and play with while she watered the much thirsty plants and flowers. I got to stay out about 10 minutes longer than the others while mom finished watering the middle section in the yard. She carried me back inside, gave us our treats and food.
♥ Then mom went back out to finish watering the flowers. Mom will be looking at Lowes to see if or when they will have Dahlias so she can purchase some as requested by one of our CC friends in Honor of Aunt Samantha.
♥ Dad tore the old plexiglass off the back patio roof today and now ready to fill it in with the plywood scraps and then will re-roof the whole patio so it won't leak over the Winter and keep the outside kitties dry.

NOW FOR OUR MOONPIE RECIPE OF THE DAY! I THINK YOU'LL ALL LOVE THIS ONE!
***HOMEMADE MOONPIE ICE CREME
Ingredients:
•1 qt. whipping cream
•1 qt. + 3 cups whole milk
•12 egg yolks
•4 Tbsp vanilla
•3 cups sugar
•2 tsp salt
•4 to 8 MoonPies
Instructions:
Scald milk in large 6 qt. saucepan. In large bowl, beat together egg yolks and salt. Add 3 cups of the hot milk to the egg yolks slowly while stirring constantly. Then return this mixture to the milk in the pan. Add sugar and keep stirring while cooking at medium heat. When mixture coats the spoon or just starts to boil, remove from heat. In most cases, the mix will be lumpy. Remember to strain out the lumps when you pour it into the canister. Add chopped moonpies and freeze. THEN EAT AND GO YUMMMMMM!

The rumble of 11 Harleys can be heard as
the Hairballz Rainbow Riders approach Dino’s house.
Cyndee, Dasher, Kiska, Kuzi, Q. Lola, Mallow, Thundie, Snowy, Vika, Zoe Monique and Ammie park their bikes, take off their helmets, gather their goodies, and pounce up to the door.
They ring the doorbell and when Dino opens the door, they all shout Happy Birthday! So YOU'RE the BFF I hear
my sissy Felicity talk about, it's so nice to meet you, and your brothers.
Thank you for my warm welcome to CC, all your visits which earned me my unexpected COTD and RCOTD badges on April 22, and all the wonderful congratulations afterwards. I am a tiny little girl and extremely shy, but once you manage to get me out from under the bed and touch me, I am very affectionate, give headbonks, kisses and do love dances by lying on my side and scooting all around. I also found out I really like belly rubs!
I am still intimidated by the size of my new “cage” – I can’t remember ever being in a room so large before. The minute you stop loving on me, I run back under the bed for hours at a time. When I think no one is looking, I sneak out from under the bed, grab a toy and start throwing it all around. I finally have used the “facilities”, much to the relief of my bladder and my pawrents.
They discovered that if they sit on the ground and don’t look so tall, I am much friendlier. No one has seen me eat anything yet, but I do seem to have lots of energy when I think I’m not being watched.
I know it will take time for me to relax and feel really safe and secure before I decide I don’t need to hide anymore. My pawrents are anxiously waiting for that day. My sissy Lovey adjusted the very first day, has explored every inch of our new space, and plays with every toy she can find. Our sister Felicity has stopped hissing, but still peeks under the door a lot, trying to see us. I think she is beginning to want to meet us, but it will be several days yet before we are introduced to her and allowed in other areas of the house.
Thank you again for all your loving support and my beautiful new badges – Momma told me what a truly remarkable community CC was, and I am so happy to be part of it.

ANDY AND ELLIE'S MORNING ADVENTURE!
A great big roach across the ceiling did come,
and up the curtain Andy did run!
A mid-air swipe and down it fell;
hit the floor running pell mell!
Andy and Ellie are on it in a flash,
but behind the waste can the roach did dash!
Round and round the cats did run,
chasing the roach and having SO much fun!
Under the rug it tried to escape,
little did it know that was a mistake!
Four taloned paws under the rug did search,
and the 'poor' little roach went plumb berserk!
A valiant run it made for the door,
but a quick paw-swipe pinned it flat to the floor!
A leap,a toss,a flip in the air...
~then CRUNCH!
It's ended-right then and there!

Hi, my BFF Dino!
Thank you so much for all the concerned emails during that nasty tornado outbreak on Tuesday. I admit, I was a little nervous. We are all back to normal now, and the weather has been beautiful.
So, you snuck out and disappeared on Dad - boy, was he ever worried. You stop doing that, ya hear? You and your bros need to stay inside, where it is safe. Too many doggies around that would luv to eat you for lunch.
Tell Dad and Gramma to have a wonderful trip, to be safe, and to bring you all back lots of extra treats. Is aunty going to take care of you while they are gone?
Momma and daddy can't seem to get into NASCAR this year - too many disappointments the past couple years, I guess.

How are you.Sun was out for a few minutes this morning,then it got cloudy and cool out there with some rain,But I did get to go for my walk and eat grass and get some fresh air.Then I came in raced all through the house,now I'm napping on moms bed,Gang is all naping also.Mom does have a hard time at times trying to find us different things that we eat,cause we all have differnt things we want,hehe.Mom said thanks so much for thinking of her,she has to have the hip replacement surgery did over in April,the hip is not healing right,and she sure is down over this,but is trying to hang in there.We sure do miss you guys,Spongie,The Gang,AngelsCome visit me, Angel Gypsy,RIP My Sweet Angel Baby,I Love You, Angel Buddy,Love,Miss You Sweet Boy, "The Gang",Spongie's Siblings,Love,Miss You Buddy, Angel Rambo,I love and miss you my sweet angel boy, K.
