How We Met

Ok, so on memoriale day my mom found a small kitten living in our woodstove pile with her mother. I tried to get her out but I could. She and her mother stayed, even though we diden't see much of her mother. Me and my friends tried to catch her 2 months later but, all of our attempts failed. So finally, 2 weeks later, my Aunte (I call her Auntie) walked out side and found the kitten. We hadn't seen her black in white bi-color mother in a week. My aunt played with the kitten, and eventually, one day my aunt came home from her job at the theater in Boston. She asked if I wanted to see the kitten. So we walked out to the backyard where the kitty was supposoly hiding. Auntie didn't go to the woodpile. Instead, she went to the door leading to the basment (where she lives). She brought me threw the "tool shed" part where my grandfather stows his tools, threw the screen door, and into her room. Ther sitting on the pillows on her mattress, was a small, scared, brown makerel and white tabby kitten. I was amazed. Everyone said there was no way we were keeping it if we caught it but there it was. And I warmed up to Smitten (her first name). The next day, I brought "Smitten" into my room. She liked it there, and she's been living theere ever since. My aunt new I wanted a kitten, so she said it was mine. From the on her name changed from Smitten to Tiger Lily. Form Lily to Kody.Kody to Tiger Lily.And finally (just today actually) From Tiger Lily to Whitepaws.
